The Residency Towers Puducherry

The place is great. Nice food especially breakfast. Service is worth praising. it was clean and cosy. It's an amazing feeling with the room control, room lights and the drawing room area.

Nice hotel , nice ambience

Property is located in a street where there is perpetual traffic chaos. The rooftop restaurant is horrible to say the least. My food order never arrived and I had to leave in without eating. The front desk does not call back to facilitate local travel arrangements. Breakfast area is always crowded.

Residency Towers is the best hotel in Pondicherry hands down! Everything felt premium. From the entrance lobby to the iPad controlled rooms. We had a little hiccup while getting our room but the reception staff happily upgraded us to Buffet breakfast as a token of apology. My friend got a toenail injury on the beach and the reception staff were quick to provide first aid, even though it was late night. They served Hi tea in the afternoon. It was good. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well. Overall a memorable stay. Would highly recommend.

Stay was good, however the lunch(buffet)at pavilion was not worth the amount

Had great time, overall very mild much satisfied stay. Humble staffs, great food and SPA service was professional and rejuvenating.

we stayed there for 2 nights, hotel is good. but service is very very slow and sometimes no service at all after repeated reminders. just be careful of that. if staff service was good, it should have been very good. especially in room dining and house keeping

If someone wakes you up in the middle of the night to check whether some other guest's luggage got mixed up with yours, you can imagine how they care about their guest, unacceptable behavior. I was in deep sleep.

Stay was awesome. Food was very good and room was great. No complaints. Great service by team members including the lady named Punniyam (I think)

The stay was really refreshing. It was elegant and luxurious.The amenities and the facilities were of high standards. Food was delicious and also of different varieties. Location is in the centre of city.

Excellent location. courteous staff... big room to accommodate a family of 4. Breakfast had good spread, indoor swimming pool for privacy, hitech gym with good equipments.

property is modern, clean and in a good location but bad experience with front desk and house keeping. the front desk was either non responsive or sluggish. the house keeping was trying to cut corners. they never proactively replenished the consumables like dental kit, tea bags, etc. as per occupancy . had to always ask and follow up to get basic stuff.

Clean rooms but bathrooms can be cleaner. Very very slow service. Need to wait ages for even a towel. Breakfast spread wasn’t very extensive.

It's terrible stay, average food, average place, below average swimming pool. Lethargic attitude of staff, they take a minimum of 20 mins for any request to be completed.
