The Residency Towers, Rameswaram

New hotel. Courteous staff but infrastructure is poor. ACs are very noisy in the rooms due to which they have to be switched off otherwise one can’t sleep. They do not have even glasses or hand towels in the rooms. The water supply in the bathroom is erratic and the hot water geyser is very small due to which one cannot get a full bucket of hot water in one go. They do not even provide tea or coffee facility in the rooms. There is no breakfast or food Servicr in the hotel

Stay was good and Enjoyed Breakfast. Had a wonderful stay here for 1 night. This is the best stay in Rameshwaram

Location is great for temple visits. The swimming pool is well maintained and the gym facilities are good. Rooms are cleaned well and the common areas like lobby and porticos spacious. Transport easily available from the hotel to other sites in Rameshwaram. The buffet breakfast is good but could provide more variety.

Hotel is located conveniently at the entrance of the town, and a quick drive to the temple and other sites. Rooms are maintained very well and it has a good breakfast spread. Excellent service by all staffs (check in, housekeeping and restaurant)

Residency Towers Rameshwaram is a very good property located on the main road just outside the old city. Rooms are good and clean. However housekeeping needs to improve. Hand towels were missing, tissue paper box was empty and no extra tissue roll in the room. Bar is very mediocre. It does not look like a bar… Pool side grill in the evening is quite bad. Food is not good at all with not much choice… Buffet breakfast has variety but lacks authentic food. Although in tamilnadu the Sambaar was not at all good. I think hotel needs some good regional cooks including one from north.. Staff otherwise is very good, courteous and helpful

The Residency towers location is very convenient. It is in the main road and easy to go to all places. The reception desk people are cooperative. Cleanliness and maintenance is good. They have an awesome swimming pool. Morning buffet is good with many varieties. The drawback is for room dining the prices are higher and the quantity is very less. Overall we had a quality and enjoyable time.

Great stay the priest of the hotel has made our darshan excellent,veg restaurant with a lot of options .

Nothing extraordinary. Food was good. Swimming pool timings need to be better. Closing at 7 to serve guests near pool is not good.

Excellent facility with one of the best hospitality. Everything was top notch and perfect. Located just 2 KM away from temple, the property silicates away from town rush so you can always feel the calmness and serenity of the place. The staff is very helpful and hospitality is also really nice. Even the massage service is very very good

The property is located in a prime location, just a km away from Ramanathaswamy temple and a few hundred metres from the Railway station and Bus stand. Liked the room ambience however we had disturbed sleep during our stay due to the loudspeakers blaring from nearby local temples. Sound proof in the room could have been better. Other than that we had a pleasant stay. The staff were courteous and available all the time. Facilities like parking, swimming pool, games room were also good. Food is also another positive point.

The hotel was very nice, the staff was very polite and humble, the rooms were very clean, and the room service was excellent.

Hotel is quite good & onboarding was also good but there is no flexibility in check in while all others branches having this facility.Management must have to think about this.
