The Richman Hotel

It's very close to the Railway Station.. Like.. Walkable if you don't have much bags to carry. I have given a 4 star due to personal reason. 1. The lift was under maintenance and I had a heavy bag to carry. Though a room boy helped me get it, I would have preferred carrying it on my own. 2. I was travelling alone and had a train to catch at 11. 30pm. When I asked for a drop(I was ready to pay for it), they said that they do not have any such facility. But when requested again, they said I can get an auto right in front of the The Richman Hotel. Finally while checking out, they managed to call an auto which was available closeby.. But that was as good as catching any random auto(No security at 11pm for a single traveler). If not for the above 2 reasons, I would have given a 5 star.

I had trouble checking out as the Hotel claimed I might have to pay extra for hours I stayed long. Since I checked in at 8 am my check out timing was 8 am itself. I thought it was 12 pm and was told to pay the extra bucks for hourly basis. Every The Richman Hotel warns a guest prior to their check out time but I wasn't warned about it. It took an effort to convince that at least a warning is necessary but the Manager was really a nice, subtle, and understanding person. He didn't charge me any extra money but just asked me to be make sure keep in mind if I ever visit again.
The staff were incredible but the wi-fi just doesn't work. I was told my room was the closest to the Router. So I guess its not a connectivity issue.

Very much accessible to buses and railway station, decent parking space and a responsive support staff. Best place to stay in tirupur and the pricing has to be revisited.
Towels and the bedsheets are not well maintained, hence would suggest if they replace the old towels and bedsheets with new ones and wash them after every stay.

Room was very spacious, neat and the mattress was very comfortable. The The Richman Hotel staff were kind and flexible enough to accommodate our request to change the check in and check out time. It was very helpful. Room service was prompt. Morning complimentary breakfast was good as well.

The The Richman Hotel location is very good and nearby to roads which connects to other major cities of Tiruppur. The staff was good and responsive, there were some initial hiccups which they solved quickly. The complimentary breakfast was OK and overall it's value for Money.

Was allot ed suite room. Room was very spacious and clean. Except bed linen & towels need to be improved. Restaurant food is delicious. However breakfast needs to be changed each day as same menu is boring. Location wise very convenient, near to station, market & shops.

Location very near to transports like Railways and private buses. Room Service and safety of vehicle is good parking is available for both two wheelers and four wheelers. Food has to be improved complimentary breakfast is OK. Value for money if booked through MMT.

Overall nice The Richman Hotel, food is very good, location excellent. Room and service is also fine. Worth coming again. It's nice overall performance is great... Service is good, TV is working well, room is clean.
