The Ritz-Carlton Bengaluru

At the outset, i must say that we had a wonderful stay at the The Ritz-Carlton Bengaluru, just what you expect from any 5 star The Ritz-Carlton Bengaluru; and there lies the criticism also. Being from hospitality myself, ritz carlton and st. Regis have always been the aspirational brands within the luxury The Ritz-Carlton Bengaluru category and you expect something more from them than just the regular 5 star The Ritz-Carlton Bengaluru experience, which sadly, i could not find. Other definite area of concerns would be their south indian food at breakfast which was really average. You dont expect south indian food to be average in a place like bengaluru. Their in room dining was fabulous and the ambience of rooftop bar bang was superb. Another thing i felt awkward about was my luggage being carried to my room by the female front office staff. I might be little old school in this thinking, but i did feel embarrassed.

Pluses: excellently maintained rooms and common areas. Courteous & very helpful staff - especially the housekeeping ones. Food quality is good at the market restaurant. Special thumbs up to mr. Bhawani who catered out table during lunch and breakfast. Covid appropriate behavior and hygiene followed well. Minuses: poor co-ordination between front desk staff, initially they accepted my late check out request, then there was some confusion on this on the day of check out, and then finally they again finally called up to say that they are accepting the request. This type of uncertainty can be handled with efficient communication as it impacts the planning at the guest's end. Overall a nice and fresh place to put up at.

Everyone was fabulous and everything about our stay was exemplary. Utkarsh who received us warmly. Shweta who took care of afternoon tea and made us feel welcomed. Rajat who showed his tricks with cocktails. Pui who did a great job with hair color and salon services. Bavitha who took note of empty lens solution bottle and replaced it without us asking for it. Vishwesh who with The help of Hrithik and Govinda ensured ecstatic dining experience at Riwaaz. We will be definitely coming back very soon for another round of paneer Akbari and to experience this hospitality. Thank you all for being so amazing, thank you all for being so Ritz!

One of the best The Ritz-Carlton Bengaluru in bangalore, top notch in food, taste and services. All staffs are very caring for guests comfortable and to provide guidance and very attentive to your questions. Wide variety of food in breakfast, dinner/lunch. Rooms are very clean and very good ambiance. Swimming pool is good with temperature control it can be used any time. Staff sujatha was very helpful during our stay with warm welcome and during checkout. Will definitely recommend for all to get wonderful memorable experience. Thank you very much ritz carlton

Highest level of safety measures undertaken. You will feel highly secured in the The Ritz-Carlton Bengaluru premises. The helpful staff is always around with a smiling face guiding you through the experience. They noticed my wife was pregnant, so they surprised us with goodies. They knew my preference for room from my previous stay and blocked my room accordingly. Also, since wife is expecting, they put up a hard bed instead of the very soft spring bed, very very considerate and personalised experience.

This was my first time at a ritz carlton, and i thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Witnessed sparkling maintenance and rooms with great amenities like mood lighting, automated blinds and an espresso machine. Food standard and variety at the breakfast spread was amazing. What stood out though, was the hospitality and service: the staff were extremely warm and gracious, and i was delighted when on few instances they understood some of my concerns before i'd even stated them! thank you, i'll surely stay again.

Very neat and clean, well sanitised. Restaurants are also very well placed, in terms of social distance and particularly the hygiene factor. Can trust completely. They surprised us for valentine with bunch of roses, petals everywhere and a cake. The checkout process was also very smooth. The staff were highly courteous. Dinner at 'the market' was superb too. It was a busy evening so cannot really complain on the responsiveness aspect, but will go back again

Nice Hotel, Very nice landscaping, Water bodies, Stone pots emitting fire & water, Wonderfully green plants, nice compact swimming pool on 5 th floor. Bar mon Top floor is wonderful. Good security. What a wonderful stay. I wish I had stayed longer
