We had an amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton Pune to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it was truly memorable! The staff made us feel so special with their warm hospitality and thoughtful gestures. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety, catering to both adults and kids. My daughter had a wonderful time — the property is very kids-friendly with engaging activities and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect, and the facilities are top-notch, from the luxurious rooms to the relaxing spa. Thank you for making our special day even more special — we can’t wait to visit again!

Stay duration:june 30th - july 2nd i had a fantastic stay at the ritz-carlton, pune. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. My room was luxurious, clean, and well-equipped with excellent amenities. The rooftop pool provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere with breathtaking views. Dining options were diverse and delicious. Overall, an outstanding experience that i highly recommend. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay!

Great experience. We had an amazing stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the club. I would only suggest to add some more veg items to the snacks since we had only two veg starters and 3 non veg starters, which makes the options very limited for vegetarians. But overall it was a lovely stay.

Property is excellent. It has an incredible experience in regards to hospitality, you don’t need to say anything to the staff as they are professionally trained and very humble. I was there to celebrate a special occasion, and i must say it was the best decision ever.

Awesome stay at ritz carlton pune, enjoyed buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. All were too lav8sh. All staff was very helpdul and polite. Room was excellent with all required amenities. We enjoyed our stay. Infinity pool view is stunning

Location, food and all amenities were excellent. The service level and the people managing the front desk, restaurants, room service were all very professional and it was true service with a smile.
