Do not Book This Hotel - Power Cut and AC ISSUES

Very poor Hotel Staff behaviour and service. The rooms in reality did not meet the expectation as described while booking. The AC was barely working. There was power cut with no backup power from midnight till morning.

My stay at Hotel Riva Inn was disappointing. The room was poorly maintained, with dirty bedsheets and a mosquito problem. There was no inverter, causing discomfort during power cuts. Overall, the hygiene and basic amenities were lacking. Would not recommend unless management improves cleanliness and facilities.

soloDirty sheets and pillow cover with no internet in the wifi citing road construction nearby. Also no Television as mentioned. Standard room mentions AC in their amnities but the manager refused to give an AC room. Had to pay 500rs more for an upgrade to AC room. Overall it was a hassle after a long journey from Tura during check in.

The hotel is good so far location is concerned, but facility like hot water, tea maker, intercom etc are not available. They didn't even provide any drinking water.

Best rooms and also very close to airport so very convenient to travel to airport hotel staff was also good ,service was also good like as they drop the luggage to the rooms and provided with basic necessities
