Let's start with Food... I must say, the food is excellent 👍. Location wise, it's a little far from the city, but if you have a car booked, it's a good place. The staffs are good and helpful. But the manager is not cooperating, and never asks for car services from him.

nice place to stay...supportive staff...The food was very good especially the Chinese. ...and the morning chola bhatura was amazing... Nagesh the main staff is very helpful guy...overall a wonderful experience. must visit with family and friends with kids to enjoy the water park activities

It has a good family atmosphere, food is also good, there is a small water park and swimming pool which makes the resort complete, location and river view is very good

I have booked my room after seeing pics for that category but i got there basic room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the stay was decent, there were several issues that need attention. The service was very slow, and the pool was quite dirty. Additionally, there were frequent electricity problems and the bathroom was not clean. These issues significantly impacted the overall experience. I hope the management can address these concerns for future guests.

Stay was good. The resort charges extra for water park. Food is too much costly. It's equivalent to 3 star hotel. Overall it was average.

Must visit with family and freinds for couple of days. We had a great time. One of the better place to have fun at jagdalpur

The stay was excellent. Rooms are very clean and hygienic. Room service was good. Location is very good, this resort is river side so one have nice pics early hours and also it is near to chitrakote waterfalls which is 30km from this resort

River park resort, jagdalpur: a one-night stay review i was provided a room which was called regal suite room at room no 105 my stay at the river park resort in jagdalpur was a mixed experience. The resort is located at ghat lohanga and is surrounded by lush greenery. The ambiance of the resort is pleasant and the garden is well-maintained. However, the room provided to us had some issues. The kettle was present but there were no coffee mugs available, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there were no towels in the room, and the one that was provided to us was not absorbing water. The hot water geyser gave only 10 litres of lukewarm water. The complimentary breakfast buffet was limited and had poha, maggi and sandwich only. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall, the river park resort is a decent option for a short stay in jagdalpur. However, the resort needs to improve its room amenities and housekeeping services to provide a better experience to its guests.

Good location, poorly built, bad design, no basic amenities in the room, like no mirror, lack of sockets to charge mobiles, very small side tables and a small coffee table. Food quality is terrible. My wife eats spicy food, the dishes were so much spicy that even she could not eat much and i had to remain hungry. They didn't even bother to offer replacement. If you are going with a driver, there is no facility for drivers. The manager of the hotel claims to have worked in 5 star hotels like itc, but he has no clue at all. Over all the property is not worth a star rating. Basically it is good enough for weddings and not for leisure stays. Avoid if going for leisure trip.

The resort is relatively new, beautiful location. The only con is accessibility as it’s a little far from the main city. The restaurant however was not upto the mark. The chicken served in one our our meals was not cooked well, although it was promptly replaced.

Ambience is excellent. Rooms and toilet was quite clean and up to the mark. Staffs are well behaved. Food is excellent. Children's enjoyed a lot in huge grass loon and in the park. Sweeming pool is well maintained. We will love to revisit the place soon.
