The River View Homestay

It was a mixed bag experience staying there at riverview. Washroom hygiene and toiletries need to be looked into. Condition of pillow were really bad. Apart from these rest all was good. Excellent breakfast we had, and top of it the view of kanchenjungha from balcony just like cherry on the cake. Overall room condition was good. Spacious room, enough storage capacity. Service was good.

River view homestay offers a stunning valley view from the balcony, which on bright sunny days are spectacular! room was cozy and clean. Hygiene was given utmost priority in bathroom cleaning. Staffs were courteous and polite and gave great detailed attention to our needs. Overall it was a clean, cozy, well maintained, hygienic stay with an impeccable valley view!

The location is 10 mins walking distance from market, with breathtaking view of kanchenjunga and valley from the 2nd flr terrace. The staff arr excellent in service and host mr. An-gad thapa will ensured our stay was memorable. Rooms are with all necessary amenities such as kettle, geyser, stand fan plus heater i'd required at nominal extra cost.

We are a family of 4. Place is very nicely positioned, spacious with two double bed rooms, large drawing room and a long balcony with lots of potted plants- ambience too good. Wifi services are adequate. Mr thapa and his team had a personal touch with us we enjoyed the stay to the fullest

Had the most beautiful experience at the river view homestay. Mr thapa has been very kind and generous host. The scenic view of kurseong from balcony is so mesmerizing. The rooms are clean and spacious, the food they serve is homemade and tasty. Looking forward to visit them again

A comfortable home stay with a spacious room, good washroom, nice outside sitting area and a balcony. The food is just like home. Loved it. Better than The River View Homestays. Would recommend it to all.

It was a good stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is awesome and the rooms are good but the room doesn't have mountain view. U need to go to the terrace for that view.
