My door was knocked by the employee to check if anybody has checked in that room or not. Few minutes later a person from Room no 212 was trying to open my room's door without even knocking. Pathetic.

Facilities are not as per the standards shown on Make My Trip. Also, due to heavy rain and flood, i was arrived @ hotel 16th morning at 4 AM, so I have requested them to atleast extend my stay for 4 hrs for my parents. But they have not extended and I was compelled to book for next day.
