Gaming zone was not working, like only 3 star hotel, not open area for drink.... Its Hotel only for destination wedding... There is no ball for table tennis... swimming pool was under maintenance.... changing room was under maintenance....

breakfast quality is very bad and options are not there is in breakfast. loud music early morning@6.00 am . all the rooms are interconnected and disburbance always.

I was charged for food which I never ordered and for others I was forced to pay,pethitic services,ac was not working,I booked executive room but when I reached they cud not offer me a room with ac.horrible food and experience.

Location was good,and whole the hotel has valley view.food was average.aesthetics were so good,hotel is huge according to expectations. Staff was humble and welcoming Check-in was too smooth like completely hassle free,they also provided early check-in But They could not solve the television issue in the room,which was not connecting to youtube We ourselve later sorted it out when they weren't able to buy it took whole day Will recommend others too.
