Toilet was leaking whole night. Coffee not available in the room and nothing to stir. No hand towel. Dinner served without asking the preferences. Breakfast buffet was surprising. Lethargic staff, most of them. No smiling faces and no delightfulness. Everyone seems to be in a hurry only.

Very Bad Experience, I will never to come again this property. Very Poor Services of Staff. The way the staff talks is very stupid. My booking was confirmed with dinner at 10:45, I requested for dinner and without making any effort the receptionist said that we cannot do anything. At the time of check out if you are 10 minutes late then you are directly that extra charges will be.

The food is very costly. On the first day after reaching the hotel we were made to sit for almost half an hour because the room was not ready. The room was very small it was not like a deluxe room there was no bucket and mug and the room was very suffocating there was no balcony attached.
