i dont see any bed serviece in my life ..no staff ..only 2 staff..reception behave is very bed ..card accept is chargeble ..food service order given 7 o clock food arive 10 o clock ..family is very apset about behave i call make my trip and complend it ..very bed service

There is nothing Royal about this hotel, the reception staff is pathetic, the room walls have cracks all over, the room windows open to the under construction building, there is no proper ventilation, no power backup. All you will get lies here. The only heritage you will get is frustration.

Location - Not good.....commuting to city center difficult and expensive. Food - Good; Service - Good; Amenities provided - Too Bad. Apart from a small shampoo bottle, no other toiletries provided. Mosquito repellant not provided. Room Heater is chargeable extra. Room cleanliness is poor. Furnitures are worn out. Room looked shaby...this was for Premium Room. Overall felt too expensive as compared to the facilities provided. Too little choice in breakfast with such a slow service that guests hardly can fill themselves with their choices....a sort of competition takes place to grab whatever is available. Overall Not Good Experience. I don't recommend this hotel.

The location was amazing. I bet the view from the hotel is amazing but I could not see it because of cloudy weather. the food was good. the rooms are amazing and worth every penny. The washrooms are near and clean. The staff are very polite, well dressed and well mannered. I would say this can be an amazing place to stay without a doubt. Happy to choose this.

Location, food, hygiene and safety standards

The location was really nice you can get a cab just from the date of the hotel for anywhere. The food quality -wise was very hygienic and the best part was the taste which was maintained while maintaining hygiene. I think, after the lapse of the era of covid the hotel has maintained all the safety standards as it was before or during covid. Thus i give full marks to the hotel it was the great and very pleasant stay with my family having a kid aged about six years.

The hotel is located in the development area, around 35min walking from mg marg. The rooms were clean and big, with beautiful views from the rooms. The food was excellent and staff behavior was very polite and professional. For people looking to stay here, mg marg is walkable, but if you have elderly people, please use a cab, and that will cost 200 maximum.
