The Royal Palace

The location is near the city , but the property is not well maintained , rooms are not clean , cob webs all over the room , dusty blankets , fans , broke toilet seats , no hot water evening times , no water served to guest not even an half liter water that makes the deal shabby . 1.Location - Good. It's on main road and easily reachable 2.staff- okay as not interacted much Issue: 1.shower tap is bathroom completely broken n not working 2.Ceiling fan was too noisy (we opted non ac room) 3.at least a water bottle should have given. I asked but it was chargeable. 4.lift not available Overall avg coz, in this low budget this all you would get is my understanding. But yeah little thing which I mentioned above could have been taken care.

Hotel staffs were not listening the problem of the customer. Even the hotel is not offering water. Room was not cleaned properly. They're changing the bedsheets in night time only after lot of complaints

I have placed request to cancel booking with property approval. I have not checked in at property

Bed is very bad, i had a back pain and washroom was not cleaned. Cleaning lady didn't bother to clean properly, also don't order food because it's pathetic.

I have booked and stayed with my family for 3 days in this great one and only the royal palace. The room was very congested. Room not maintained cleanly. Bedspread not washed properly. Pillows are very old and dirty. I was tell they ti change blanket but ignored. Tv not working and i told to staff’s twice but not respond and ignored. Wash room also very dirty. Very worst staying experience ever i had.

Hotel people didn't gave the room that i had already booked and paid

Rooms was clean, but no soap, towels, and bed sheets were not washed.

560rs is worth for nothing, there was not proper service, no water bottle given, no laundry service, no water. Just felt like pay and sleep and spend a night and leave. Pathetic experience

Terrible. Fake people. Had sold out my room which i had booked. Was blaming make my trip they had false booking

Please do not go as per the photos, most of the things are not as u see on photos, bathroom door doesn't close and taps leaking. No toiletries provided.

Don't book any one they will not clean and respectful

No towels were provided had asked for extra bed was not provided additional bed but only a fold-able bed to put on floor while a 3 person bed was very much available in the very next room. No decent place near by to eat. Also it is on a highway like road and auto refuse to come late in the night
