The Royale Midtown

Hassle free check-in and check-out. Room was fine and well decorated. Bathroom was extremely beautiful and very neat and clean. WiFi was available at a click. Room service was satisfactory. Response of house keeping was very nice. Behavior of the staff was very good. I appreciate the provision of a mini fridge with emergency required items. Performance of TV was very nice. The wardrobe was designed so nice that I was very happy to use. Spread of carpet in the room created an aesthetic sense. Laundry provision was very nice. Lift service was excellent and uninterrupted. On the whole staying in the The Royale Midtown was very comfortable and worth satisfying too. I will definitely stay there with family to enjoy the most satisfying complementary breakfast which was wonderful. I think the location is best as situated in the heart of the city.

Excellently located The Royale Midtown, cordial & supportive staff, good food quality. Rates offered through MMT was reasonable. Would not like to shed light on internet speed or quality as I did not use The Royale Midtown Wi-Fi. Cleanliness was satisfactory... It could certainly be enhanced by keeping the dustbins on the side of elevator clean from Gutka splits. With water as basic need, it would be really great if the complementary water bottle size is enhanced from 500 ml to 1 liter. Mini bar was adequately populated. Toiletries in washroom should be improved providing dental & shaving kit in standard room also. When I checked in, washroom was without soap... Soap, however, was provided once housekeeping was informed... In totality good The Royale Midtown...

The Front view of Royale Midtown is good. Lots of Noise around as AC machines and main road traffic. The reception is in 2nd Floor. As first floor is a Bar. The security Guard is not empowered to come quickly to the car and help in taking out the luggage. One has to go to 2nd floor and get someone to carry the luggage. The lift is old and small. The room furniture bathroom fittings carpets etc are very old. Mild foul smell in the room. The Air-condition temperature control had no indications nor it works. The restaurant staff were very courteousness and helping. Even though the Buffet breakfast starts at 7 AM they gave us all kinds of food at 6. 30 AM itself, as we had to leave for airport by 7 AM. They have a drop facility to airport for Rs 200.

The food could have been better. The staff were courteous and prompt. A good complimentary breakfast menu, though not a plenty of options to choose from. The rooms here are spacious and the amenities are adequate. The property can be easily spotted from one of the busiest routes in the city and is at close proximity to the railway station.

I was anguished when the The Royale Midtown charged me extra for early check in, but then again the price was revealed to me upfront and it included an extra complimentary breakfast for that respective date. Recently I happened to stay in this The Royale Midtown for one day. My first impression was not good when at reception I was asked to show ID of all the three members, I. E. Mine, my wife and my brother in law. But when the staff expressed their helplessness without that because of order of police commissioner, we showed the same. Our stay at the Hotel was completely comfortable. Staff is cooperative and mannered. Food rates are reasonable and comparable to market. Quality is also very good. Interiors are Good, neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast is also nice with sufficient stuff and beverages.

Went back to this property after almost 18 yrs. It was quite nostalgic when we arrived as a family here this time. Even though the property is old but i found it to be neat and clean including the wash room. Bed linens were clean enough. The employees are courteous enough & they spontaneously respond to your needs. Morning breakfast was complimentary & sumptuous. Thanks to all the employees of rm t for the services extended. I promise to come back again whenever we are in bhubaneswar again. One request - please arrange more illumination during dinner in the restaurant.

Location - near to station (600m) and airport. Complimentary pick up available from both. Front desk - Helpful and friendly. Room - Big, spacious and clean. They have TV, a table, a tea table, mini bar. Bathroom - neat and clean. Room service- very prompt. Restaurant- simply excellent. Very good food, reasonable price. Complimentary Breakfast has wide array of food to choose from. Sights- Udaygiri and Khandagiri are about 30min from the The Royale Midtown. Shops- many within walking distance.

Stay was pleasant. It's close to the railway station and they provide a free pick-up. I left too early for the free breakfast so, I can't comment there. Well-stocked minibar at reasonable prices. Helpful staff. Clean room although some sheets were dirty but more at the fault of previous customers than the The Royale Midtown, I believe. Would stay again if I got the same discount from Makemytrip. Otherwise, much too expensive for a budget traveller. Overall, good experience. Thanks, RMH.

Hotel is located on Janpath Road which is prime location of Bhubaneswar City. One can go for night walk to see different branded showrooms, restaurants etc. Hotel staff were very humble. Services are good. Facilities provided by The Royale Midtown are good. However, Hotel is giving only 30min Wi-Fi free daily which is not sufficient. Food is also good. Hotel serves free breakfast with different dishes. Bathroom condition still needs to improve. Room cleanliness is very good.

Superb ambiance, nice food with great range of breakfast. Rooms are spacious.

Good Spacious Rooms, The Royale Midtown location is on Janpath closest to rail Station and nearby to airport. Hotel offers good breakfast and food. Some rooms under renovation, expected it can deliver better rooms in the future.

Location is in front of Janpath. 3 min distance from Railway Station and 10 min from Airport. Food is average.

Room is clean. Food is cheap. But need to be improved in A.C. Wi-Fi is poor.

This is the third time I am staying here. The hospitality is really great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is good too. Only one plug point is there in a room and the management should think about that. Overall great value for money.
