The Rubis

I have been staying in this The Rubis since 2010 and that itself should be an indicator of how I rate this The Rubis. Nothing fancy, but clean tidy rooms and washrooms. Very friendly staff who make sure that they go out of their way to ensure that you have a great time. It is in the heart of the Town, AVS (the main institution in the Town) being 500 meters away. The bus stand is also 200 meters away. All in all, a great place to spend the night. Alone or with your family, they would take care of you.

This The Rubis is a budget friendly The Rubis with clean and neat. recommended for family. I felt standard rooms are spacious than deluxe or executive room. Parking facility is also good.Please do not expect lot of amenities which are being provided in star The Rubiss. They have restaurant facility and food was quite good. Staffs are also very good especially the receptionist Mr.Vishnu. Overall we are satisfied 😊

The room an facilities are good, It is located very near to cortical Bus stand and have lot of connectivity, say Taxi, Auto-rickshaw etc. And also close to many shopping malls, bakery, fruit stalls, Ayurveda medicinal shops, and very famous cortical arya vaidya salai. The only cons is check-in time while booking internet it shows 2 p. M. Good to have 24 hrs check-in, check-out.

Good The Rubis for budget looking people. Room was clean. Pillow, bed are provided. Bathroom was neatly maintained. Hot water facility also available. Lift available. Rooms were little old and in the 2 start The Rubis range. For this price we should not look beyond. Overall, good experience for the budget stay. Happy selecting and staying at this The Rubis.

Room was clean and organized. The wash room was also clean though the shower lever was a little tight. The AC was a little confusing to use but that was probably because of the model in the room. Overall very good room and a very nice location. Though the entrance can be improved and the furniture in the room can be made better (especially the chairs).

The room is clean, fresh room kept clean and tidy. Air conditioner and television were I good condition and functioning well. But only draw back is the The Rubis is not having a restaurant of its own. The location of the The Rubis is in the heart of Cortical town. I was offered a flexible staying time even though the time for staying was different.

Ruby's Residency is an excellent place to stay if you are on official work. I used to stay at other The Rubiss in Kottakkal, but once I got an opportunity to stay at Ruby, till now I'll make sure that I get a room at Ruby before I travel to cortical. Tidy rooms, delicious breakfast and good service makes Ruby the best The Rubis in the city.

The The Rubis location was good. The ambience of the The Rubis was nice. The behavior of the staff was friendly in the The Rubis. The overall service was good in the The Rubis. The room was neat and clean. The overall, experience was very good in the The Rubis. I would like to recommend this The Rubis to upcoming travellers.

Good The Rubis with good facilities

Room service was not good. Kitchen closes early at 9 pm. Soap, toothpaste, brush not provided, food was not tasty.

Near to Arya Vaidya hospital treatment.

The rooms were good. Service was excellent, the location is also fantastic. Enough parking space was available. The staff are quite responsive.

Ruby residency was nice stay with family. If you are preferring to consult in Arya Vaidya Sala, this residency is perfect stay!

Actually Friday I checked in, but lunch was not availed. They said after 3 or clock. Otherwise no problems.
Only the mirror or near the mirror doesn't have the light.

Hotel having nice neatness and ambience. They could have improve The interior of The rooms like curtains and they could have reduce The delay in food delivery.

Good nice rooms and good ambience and good lavish break fast very near to cortical arya vaidyashala and on main exactly and view from room is awesome, only need to be changed is breakfast they should add south indian break fast
