The Rudveda Resort

The property was decent with a great staff and we were treated quite well. It is centrally located and is close to many good restaurants and excursions.

The service was very poor. We checked in at 11 PM at night. The staff was not supportive at all. Our AC was not working; we complained 3–4 times but nobody came to fix it. There were dead cockroaches inside the electric kettle, and when we asked for another kettle, nobody came to provide one. After 11:30 PM, there was no one at the reception. In the morning when we complained, the manager started misbehaving. I asked him to refund me the amount, but he clearly refused, saying it was not his responsibility. It was a very bad experience. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this resort.

No buffet system available but staff gave food of choice. Property needs work on outer cleaning. Stay in room is ok ok.

Best location, small area but good for enjoyment.

Room service and amenities were very poor. Very costly when compared with the facilities given by Lemon tree hotels at the same rate

The resort is not a 4 star rating property. Rooms are not clean and on asking for cleaning no body come on first day. On second day after continuation request multiple time, they have come to clean the room. So service is very pathetic. come to breakfast, which I opted as complementary was my worst decision because food is very limited and not well prepared. no foods for kids. The pool cleaning is not upto the mark.

The charges took from me ( 11800) were too high for such a property. The photos and the real property mismatch(. Small sized room without extra bedding) sanitary conditions, Room accessories not upto the mark. Really a bad experience as per the rates charged for one night

They gave us complimentary 2 family rooms, very kind of them. Swimming pool was there clean. Many people wrote that the swimming pool was not clean that is not true it was very clean. The family rooms had TV, bund beds, clean washroom. Would recommend this hotel. Food was tasty and poha was good

Nice room , best swimming pool view with good lighting decorations and music , food is good with hygiene maintenance, room was clean and tidy, good house keeping services, manager(Prakash Chander) is also very much cooperative and well mannered ... property is well managed with all comfort , like to have stay always in Rudveda when to visit dikhuli Jim Corbett

staff is deceptive, resort is shady. half of the amenities mentioned are missing. they will make a fool of you at every step. see through glass in bathroom
