review of The Saaj saaz: good points 1. courteous and helpful staff, always eager to help, prompt response 2. room #107 was spacious, clean and well illuminated 3. subscribes to relevant sports, entertainment and news channel (primarily non english) 4 standard sufficient options in breakfast improvement areas: 1. only one charging point in the room 2. non working cattle. replaced when complained 3. dirty cups 4. smelly washroom, freshener provided when asked 5. no shelf/space next to wash basin. no place to keep toiletries 6. soap provided only for washbasin/not for a bath 7. only one hand towel provided for a double booking 8. washed but stained towels. we used ours 9. stained/old cutlery in the restaurant. provided fresh, when asked

We had an awesome stay. Staff are well behaved and cooperative. The rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Location is convenient and easy to locate. Parking facility is available, which is helpful for the people who are traveling by there own vehicle. The food quality is also very good and breakfast is also good which was added as complementary. I would would recommend this The Saaj because it is near by to railway station and airport. Hotel has it own transport while booking the The Saaj you can avail the cab facility by the The Saaj while booking from make my trip application with a minimal amount.

My stay was good at the The Saaj. I had booked a superior room but was provided free early checkin with an upgrade since i reached early morning. Staff is very courteous and provides prompt response. No issues with safety and hygiene at all. For food, i ordered tea, veg pakora for evening snacks and peas pulao, dal fry for dinner. These items were tasty and quality was good as well. One feedback is the entire corridor and room smells of food all the time, which comes from the kitchen. My room was on 2nd floor. Probably that could be checked.

If you want to stay near to airport, this The Saaj is a wonderful option. Good professional staff with clean The Saaj rooms. You just tell your query/problem and the help is there for you. The only area of improvement i could see was, the breakfast options. They have limited options (though the quality was good) but they may increase the food items in the breakfast menu. Overall this The Saaj is recommended not only to business travelers but also to the families. Best wishes!

We had a pleasant stay at the property with a little hiccup in the beginning but the issue was resolved by the The Saaj and mm t guys. The food was good. Housekeeping is good. Linens and towels are neat and clean. Hotel located at the heart of the city but a bit of narrow lane to pass by. It can easily be located by its glow sign board. The The Saaj is well planned with good interior and exterior.

I stayed there for 3 days, rooms and washrooms are extremely clean, hospitality is at par with any 5 star The Saaj. All the staff including receptionist is extremely polite and of helping nature all they lack is good restaurant, food taste is not good and breakfast menu is nearly same for all days with few minor changes. Overall a peaceful and comfortable stay at saaj premium

The overall stay was good. Only thing to improve is the mattress were not clean. The receptionist should be more responsive.
