businessOverall room was fine. Staff is polite and courteous. Location is convenient. Room service, house keeping, in room dining and restaurant dining were below par. Ordered most of my meals from swiggy. Complimentary breakfast was chaotic each morning with guests complaining over things not available ranging from water on the tables to food. No room service after 10 pm till 8 am. It is a budget hotel suitable for only sleeping over. Wi-fi is sketchy if you intend to work during your trip.

coupleThe hotel is located in jawhar nagar, a busy market, but tucked in a side lane away from the noise. The hotel rooms are quite big and has 24 hours running hot water and a bed heater. Has own kitchen and also has a full fledged restaurant on site. Totally was a very happy stay with always smiling and accommodating staff. For a big relief in srinagar, it has young girls as reception staff.
