The Sahil Hotel

We had a very good 2 night stay in sahil The Sahil Hotel. The staff are very helpful and polite especially the front desk staff. They greet you with a smile and they also helped me get an early checkin at around 1130 am (much earlier than the actual checkin time. But please do not expect late checkout as they have many guests waiting for their checkin. They have a good spread of breakfast (enough to satisfy the wants of everyone. It is primarily indian breakfast with a little continental variation. They also have a live counter for eggs and dosa which were very tasty. The location of the The Sahil Hotel is very good. Its right next to the bus depot and also the mumbai central train station. We were interested in using public transport and so it was always walking distance for us. Rooms are decent too. We took the deluxe room. They arent huge but good enough for a 2 person cosy stay. The only drawback is that the bathroom didnt have door locks and is just sliding doors, so they should improve on that. Cleanliness is very good and they take good care of you. Taxis are standing right in front of the The Sahil Hotel and the security is always willing to help you get a taxi. Location also is near the main fort and marine drive areas. All in all a great stay and would recommend it to others.

Upon arriving early at the The Sahil Hotel, i was asked to wait for check-in. Understandably, i used this time to attend to other tasks. However, upon returning nearly four hours later, i was disappointed to find that my room still wasn't ready. The staff requested an additional 15-minute wait, which was frustrating after the initial delay. Despite this hiccup, once i finally checked into my room, the experience improved. The accommodations were clean, well-appointed, and provided a peaceful environment. The amenities in the room met my expectations, and i was able to relax after a long day. In summary, while The Sahil Hotel sahil offers a comfortable stay with pleasant accommodations, the check-in process could be more efficient to enhance the overall guest experience. With improved timeliness and communication during check-in, the The Sahil Hotel could better meet the needs of its guests.

It is a very compact The Sahil Hotel, still you will find enough space everywhere. The rooms are designed with digital master control for lights, ac etc with integrated wardrobe and wash basin to the room. Each room has a sofa cum bed that truly becomes a very wide bed. Food is simply excellent. We ordered chinese and indian food in the in-house restaurant. Flavours and taste were like 5 star. It is unbelievable that the The Sahil Hotel provides a lot options for breakfast. The service from the security to restaurant staffs are commendable. They also have vallet parking. My rating is * 5 star

Overall stay at the The Sahil Hotel the sahil was very good and pleasant. The staff at concierge, sahilbhai and one more were the most courteous and helping hand along with the housekeeping staffs. The The Sahil Hotel was spacious and clean and vey well maintained. One thing we did not like was the staff at the reception desk. Totally unhelpful and blunt. They did not understand our situation and help us accordingly. Disappointed by that. I was with the family and had to reach at a place by 10-10:30. They did not give us a single room to just get fresh and change. Other all things were great.

Had a chance to stay in this The Sahil Hotel. Rooms are cleaned and equipped with all amenities and service. In addition, they have snacks, drinks(soft/hard, alcoholic/non-alcoholic, chocolates etc in the room with additional charges. Hotel location is good. Siddhivinayak, marine drive, gateway of india, palladium mall,, mumbai devi, maha lakshmi temple, gurgaon chowpathy with in 5km. The service and food also awesome. I will definitely stay next time in the good The Sahil Hotel.

I was looking for a The Sahil Hotel in mumbai central and this is what i came across by going through the reviews. Comparing the room size and amenities, i would say the The Sahil Hotel tariff is a bit higher. All the staff are very courteous, they will greet you with a smile whenever they see you. The only drawback is when you go for checkout, they will make you wait unnecessarily, and that too without politeness. Overall it was okay.

The sahil The Sahil Hotel is very good. It's neat and clean. Staff is very courteous. The rooms are well appointed with electrically operated curtains. Pure programmed lighting moods and clean linens. Improvement required in the spread of breakfast. It's a no-smoking The Sahil Hotel so smokers please check before booking. Overall, fantastic experience.

State of art facilities in rooms, excellent food, restaurant keeps open 24 hours, i ordered food at 2 am and they delivered it fresh and quickly. Nice buffet breakfast with many options to chose from.
