Worst experience I ever spent any hotel

Bahut he accha hai location new market k pass hai staff bahut accha hai room very clean and house keeping everytime

staffs behaviour are good.clean property . tourist places are near from this.vehicles are available to take any places

They will tell you different rates for room upgradation at the time of check in and won't ask you for payment at that time. At the time of check out there will be different people, they will tell you different rate. And you are forced to pay as manager has the audacity to even threaten you

It was extremely bad experience. Room was not in clean condition, floor was not sanitised, bed shh-ed was filled with so many human hair. Led tube light was hanging, ac was not functioning properly.

It was a nice experience, the staff was cooperative

There were 15 beds in the hall without a storage option. The washroom and toilets were dirty and very compact in size, blanket and bedsheets were not cleaned. It is not worth staying here.

Budget friendly, polite staff, very well connected. What else can one ask for? every time my first preference is this hotel only.

Room quality and bathroom condition very poor. Telephone, gijer etc electronic machine not working and ac is not working properly. Manager management not up to the mark

It was good stay, clean room, good breakfast and good location.

Every thing is good. Staff behaviour is very good. Bedsheet and pillow covers are clean. But they give only one towel for two persons.

Rooms are pathetic. Forget about room service and in room dining. They ask you to check out by 11 am.

I wanted to share my disappointment with the service i received during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, i encountered several instances of poor service that greatly impacted my experience.

The size of the room is too small. Lunch served in plastic plate and seems to be procured from footpath dhaba. Dinner seems to be procured through swiggy zomato. Early request to serve breakfast didn't work and have to forego breakfast which was already paid. Tv was not recharged till 10:00 pm. And hence was not working throughout the day. Only thing is the floor of room and bathroom was clean.

Need to room decoration improvements. Also bed.

The rooms are quite small but price was high & they provide only 1 lt. Water per day.

Nice stay but room is having little space
