The Samai @5 mins drive from Bhimtal Lake

The hotel was great and so as their service. The staff behaviour was very generous. They had made our stay worth the price

I think you wont find such a beautiful and newly made property in entire bhimtal, Naukuchiatal and even nainital. We decided to overstayed just after checkin. Hotel staff are very courteous. Room’s interior and bathrooms are done with heart, every single amenities and fittings are of brands. Food was good too. Kainchi dham, Nainital are just 1 hour away whereas bhimtal lake and naukuchiatal lakes are nearby. I will definitely make a visit again in future.

No electronics including AC and Refrigerator were working in the room. There is no way to control room temperature in the hotel

The was amazing. We stayed there for our friend’s bachelorette and asked them for the arrangements. The manager Mr. Kamal went out of his way to make sure all the arrangements were done as asked. The decorations were top notch. The rooms were very neat and tidy. They even arranged two wheelers for us to roam around. It was an amazing experience staying at The Samai

the property is good with economical pricing. the staff especially the front desk managers are very good and make sure your stay is comfortable. however the food needs improvement big time. the chef is unable to make simple bread, despite us complaining repeatedly. we would hardly take one meal in the whole day but the chefs are really incompetent. the management/owners seriously look into it.

"The Samai" awesome stay and best staff ever. Food quality is 10/10 and best part is the manager Mr. Kamal he make sure all guest are happy and provide his support and help to a guest.

I wanted a hotel at walking distance from the relatives we were visiting- this was perfect in that regard. Stayed on the top floor- their top priced. The good- the hotel room design is nice with contemporary look ; Room size ok; AC good; lighting adequate, balcony nice. The bad- Bathroom design is bad. If you use the overhead shower the water flows out of the stall- ended up using the hand shower head. The reason- the shower door while fancy, is not wide enough to prevent water from splattering out; The sink area is poorly lit; The entrance to balcony is difficult because eye handle is blocked by the heavy curtain bunch; The breakfast menu does not offer much variety; While the hotel claims valley views, there is not much of a view because of the trees right across; the bed had small ants…I even took pics; the hotel is on a busy road; It is in the middle of nowhere, between Bhimtal and Naukuchiatal. To sum up- if you do not need to be at this location, like me, there are lots of other hotels at this price point.

AMAZING FOOD, AMAZING STAFF, BRILLIANT SERVICE VERY COOPERATIVE AND CLEAN ROOMS.

I had a great experience at Samai Hotel! The food was delicious, the stay was very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making the overall stay relaxing and pleasant. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Property good, location good, food quality good, staff so humble, it’s my family trip and all member are so happy

Property is decent, well maintained, clean and beautifully designed. staff is polite and well mannered. Faced a few issues, there was no internet connectivity, routers are installed on every floor but without internet. secondly the in house kitchen has a menu of almost 10 pages, however almost 75% of the items are not available. So if you enjoy this hotel is not for you. Breakfast was also very average, buffet was not setup, we had to ask the waiter for service, which was very slow. (Only 1 guy was available to serve for 5 /6 tables.) Apart from these issues, stay was comfortable.
