The Sana Beach

Location is remote and far from the regular crowd of Mandarmoni, really peaceful and awesome location. The property is really big with access to beach, which is very less occupied. The staff is really good, very helpful and courteous. They are ready to serve all the time, the place is very well managed, the management makes sure that the pool and other areas are cleaned every morning and is little free. This is supposed to be the only Spa Resort of Mandarmani/Digha but when we arrived the Spa was closed. They have a beach side Cafe- Friterie where they can serve liquor as well beside coffee, they have a lounge cum bar name-Kolahol . All rooms are AC. Other amenities include pool table, table tennis, carom, chess, badminton. volleyball. We had booked deluxe rooms but the deluxe rooms have no windows and were claustrophobic and so we upgraded to super deluxe room which are AC standalone cottages. The cottages are really nicely built and very comfortable and cozy. The cottages are pool facing. They have sea facing rooms as well. They have a banquet space as well. Suggested, please opt for rooms super deluxe and above. The food served is really tasty and the price is not steep. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Big surprise they have an in-house bakery as well, they prepared a birthday cake for us on request, really appreciate them for that. They even prepare food on request for babies and suited for kids. They offer buffet breakfast but the option are really less but the food served is really tasty and good, they maintain high standards here. Overall, if you are looking to spend some quality time with your family, this is going to be a really good place. Beside the coffee shop, they have prepared small huts where you can sit and enjoy the breeze from the sea and can listen to the sea roar.

a wonderful weekend getaway!! best part being pet friendly, they really do live up to it… every staff there loves pets and they go out of their way for your furry babies! they served my furry baby’s chicken stu and rice by 7:30.. it’s was hot and they remembered to give a soon as well.. just place the order the previous night if you want it early next day… was so happy with everything!! visited last 2008, but it’s got many more additions since then.. beach is nice and empty… food is great, multi cuisine.. breakfast buffet was quite elaborate! over all the wonderful and smiling staff makes it a great weekend getaway! thanks sana beach… my fur baby’s first beach experience was amazing 👍❤️just one suggestion… a lift would be really helpful for the seniors!! jayeeta sengupta

So many things to learn from the management who treat their staff in such a pathetic way. Believe me I have seen them working round d clock without any shift change. Still smiling and serving their best. A The Sana Beach that forces their lady house keeping staffs to carry heavy luggage from 3rd to ground floor. Shocking! Again u are horrified to See 4 dogs licking d plates u put out aft your dinner out Side your room. Every night. Please Mr manager we are paying a lot so we deserve your honest service, so do your staff they deserve minimum respect and rest. You have a great team so don't overdo them. And lastly a great applause for your kitchen dept and for your cooks. And your bakery. Over all a nice stay.

We stayed in standard deluxe room which was just in front of swimming pool. The room was clean, so was bathroom. The property ( the entire resort) is huge in size. Plenty of flowers, plants, trees. Probably the biggest resort in digha mandarmani area. Swimming pool is awesome and of 5-star The Sana Beach category. Beach is also very near and you can see red crabs on the beach. There is nothing for local sight seeing in mandarmani but you will not feel bore in this resort because of awesome swimming pool and thoudands of trees, flowers in the resort. Food quality was also good. The service people were nice. Overall i would say. An excellent family outing.

We stayed for 2 days in august 2022. Room was clean, spacious and the sea could be seen from the window. We had a dog with us and they did not charge extra for the dog’s stay. Staff was courteous and the pool and resteurant were well maintained. Only the spread for buffet breakfast could be improved. Though there was chargeable dormitory accommodation for the driver, separate cheap meal was not available for them. Considering its location far from the market, it was a bit expensive to provide them food. ( rs 550 being rate for buffet meal in the The Sana Beach. On the whole a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The The Sana Beach maintains some basic covid precautions like temperature check at entry and wearing of mask by the staffs. But other than that no safety measure was noticable. Like in the dining area common spoons were used by all the guests at buffet table. All the utensils were placed at a common place for the guests to take. Instead the staffs should serve the food to guests at buffet table and the plates were to be handed over individually by staff. I did not see any sanitation going on in the common areas like lobby and reception during my stay.

This resort is truly having the best location advantage among all the properties in this place. Decent number of facilities although the table tennis board was in bad shape, Carrom board is very old, swimming pool was full of intoxicated Indian males, all day long. Rooms are recently not renovated. We stayed in and it looks the same. Food is the best part of this resort, and it lived up to the expectation. Overall good, but can be much better at this very high charges, that they charged us.

Well the property is really large with plenty of open spaces and privacy. But the The Sana Beach needs to be keep in touch with the customers need. It's expected from such a costly room that it should have complementary tea, coffee option with a hot water cattle. Other than that rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Bed was large enough to accommodate 3 persons which my family needed. Staffs are really helpful and cordial. Foods are good and breakfast is also nice.

Good resort, staffs are helping nature and polite, food quality is good, veg and non-veg both are available, nice place. Rooms are clean.

It was a nice resort, right in front of The Sea. Good n clean pool gets a thumbs up. What can improve is The night life as it's inside The The Sana Beach with nothing much to do.

Size of room was not like luxury premium room otherwise trip was good

All good. The ambience, the room, the food, the dj, the evening program, space, garden, decoration, bf menu. Only one thing i didn't like - at the morning when you are looking for tea/ coffee/ food they won't serve until 8. 30-9am. However you may go outside and opt from local beach side shops. Sorry sana resort i had deduct 0. 5 point. ) you get 9. 5 out of 10. )

Excellent experience of a quick family trip of 4 days. Very good behaviour of all stuffs specially Pradeep, who used to look after our room and Manik, the sweeper. Both are very humble and supportive.

Must stay on this The Sana Beach. Very friendly and well maintained and just near the sea beach.

Very good location, but very expensive in Sea view room. Food was not too good. Enjoyed and good experience for two night.

It's a dream resort. The Beach attached to The resort is very well maintained, safe and spacious. All The amenities in The resort are exclusive and Worth every penny. Friendly staff, great tasty food, interiors well maintained. Can make The most of it if scheduled for 2 days. Only disappointment. No spa.

The The Sana Beach is located in a good area surrounding nice The Sana Beachs but there's less accessibility to atms and shops outside the The Sana Beach and no shops nearby to wander. The road is also very poor and needs to be constructed in order to get more comfortable journey and more tourists visit.

Helpful staff, great bonfire, quick services.
