The Sanctum Spring Beach Resort

They have allotted our room to someone else and asked me to take the executive room. as I was accompanied by my wife and my 2 kids we felt uncomfortable. It is unfair that they sold out our pre booked at higher price to someone else we have no other option and took the executive room..

1. Peoperty location excellent 2. They dont have in house services of food and whatever they have is for a very limited time and very less option( i was travelling with a 18 mnth kid and at around 9 pm even the plain milk facility was not available). 4. Amenities are average. Overall a good location rest everything is just above poor

Room provided was partially reconditioned old room, bathroom was slippery, room service was not available, intercom did not work need to come down from third floor to reception, breakfast timings mentioned on app was 8 to 10, applicable in hotel was 8 to 9:30 and if u come late they talk very rudely nd did not give free breakfast....

Recently I visited with My friends to sanctum spring beach resort , it was worth visiting . And the caretaker Akhil was so attentive and he was so helpful to us . Evening view from room towards beach was worth 💯

Place is good & cozy one. Its in the perch...a tidy 5 feet+ swimming pool. People are good. Morning breakfast can be improved. Pure Vegetarian options are very Very limited.

I was looking for a property very close to the beach and found this one right next to varkala Beach. it's walkable distance of 3 to 5mins. The property is very average and felt overpriced. It should not be more than 2k per night or max 3k. Breakfast was fresh and tasty but very limited options. They have resturant only for breakfast so you have to go out for lunch and dinner but that's not a problem because there are around 15 to 20 resturants at a distance of just 50metres which serve excellent seafood. Overall the hotel stay was average but the location is the strong point. Go for it if you just want to spend time on the beach and use the hotel for rest.

the property is well maintained and the pool is also good , staff was very kind n they allowed us to check in early n check out little late, the location is very near to varkala beach and the wide variety of restaurants on the cliff…. we enjoyed staying here 😊👍

Nice stay at varkala. The rooms are sea view with balcony. The resort staffs are very friendly and served the utilities on time. Breakfast support by them was very good. We enjoyed our stay overall at this resort. Varkala beach, shops and restaurants are very close to this resort and it saved our time. We recommend this who love to have a sea view rooms

The hotel stay was awesome. Swimming pool was neat and clean and 5ft depth oly. But hotel intercom was not working at the time our staying. Otherwise all are good.

The location was very good.The hotel and its ambience and facilities were okay.All the main beaches and eateries were all walking distance only which was convenient.

Location is excellent. Services are poor. They told break fast was complimentary. But when we went for breakfast kitchen was not working at 8. 30 am. They didn't serve the break fast. Practically no guest in the hotel. Only two rooms were occupied i guess.
