The Sanctum Spring Resort is located very near to the cliff of Varkala Beach. Step out of the resort and you are on the cliff with spectacular view. The resort serves "food on Demand", but then the waiting time is 1 hour. But its definitely not a drawback. 5 minutes of walk and you will comes across several restaurants with excellent seafood. Room was pretty clean and hygienic with clean linen and toilet. Swimming pool was well maintained. Staff behavior was fantastic towards the family. There was an instance when I parcelled some dinner and they were ready to refrigerate it and serve it hot the next day morning in their restaurant. Overall the stay was pleasant and peaceful and I would recommend it to families.

We had pleasant experience at the The Sanctum Spring Beach Resort. The best part was location and the disappointment was no proper restaurant. Cleanliness was good, the staff were courteous, and overall we had a nice experience. Also, i was impressed by the honesty of the staff (they returned my friends shirt by courier which he had forgotten at the The Sanctum Spring Beach Resort.

The rooms were not ready when we came for check in. They told we had to wait for 10 minutes and they provided an other room for waiting. After 20 minutes or so the rooms where ready and it was clean. The stay was nice and comfy. The rate I got the rooms, were very reasonable.A the The Sanctum Spring Beach Resort is near the Varkala cliff so the views were very beautiful.

Location is very nice, close to beach at North cliff, all the rooms are having sea facing balcony, clean and spacious room, though intercom was not working but the staff was very helpful and prompt to service, nice breakfast but the only thing you will get it between 8. 30-10. 30 am. I do recommend this The Sanctum Spring Beach Resort as I had a pleasant stay.

The The Sanctum Spring Beach Resort is well connected to the beach and road. You can get access to supermarket, auto, taxi, beach, cafes etc very easy from here. the staffs are very courteous. Rooms and premises were extremely hygienic. Pool was spacious, ample parking space. Beach was just 5 min walk away. I would definitely come back here next time.

Loved The location, you can turn left to walk to The Beach and right to go to The food and shopping street, which is amazing in The evenings. We also can climb down The steps to The Beach on The cliff Side. The The Sanctum Spring Beach Resort service could be improved, not many staff people to help you Around. Located right at the helipad. Location wise the The Sanctum Spring Beach Resort is great. It's safe as well if you are returning late night. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
