Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The The Sapling Manor is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were very clean and very spacious, hygiene was v good. We stayed for 2 days and the staff was very helpful and fast room service, the food was also very good and price appropriate. Would highly recommend a stay. View from my room

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming, and the food was delicious. However, my room was smaller than expected with no balcony or mountain view. Overall, still a pleasant experience thanks to the exceptional service and tasty meals.

It was a good experince, worth the money, Food was good, property was clean. Staff was nice and supportive in general but as they do not have a dedicated parking they helped in parking as well. Overall it was a good stay.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! property is huge with a nice garden area. Rooms are spacious. It’s a pet friendly property. There is no nearby market or eating joint! views are absolutely breathtaking!

Property is great, location is quite easy from mall road and clock tower. Service and staff is really nice. Only One feedback would be to add room heaters in winters.
