The Saravi Resort

Our stay here was fantastic, except for a few hiccups to which the staff was more than helpful & attended to our concerns promptly. After we checked in to our villa with private pool, we were mesmerized with the calmness and quiet the place had to offer, however we realised this was going to be short lived after we spotted three of our wild friends inside our room - 2 tree lizards black in color inside the washroom and 1 gigantic spider in the closet space. However the staff, lob-in and sour-ab went out of their way to help us out and take the creatures of our room. They were simply taken out and released into the wild and we were relieved. So thank you saravi and their staff for not letting anything ruin our stay since we are not big fans of our dear jungle friends. All in all our stay was memorable as the staff was very prompt with our needs and concerns

First thing which attracted us on entering the resort is their architecture. It was designed very nicely. It is full of greenery. Lots of trees. White washed walls with trees makes a great combination. The club room which we stayed are designed with open to sky shower and open to sky deck. This gives us a unique experience. Staffs are very attentive. They took pure order for dinner as their initiative towards zero food waste and fresh to table. They cooked it fresh and served as per our requirement. Taste of the food was very nice. Breakfast spread was also nice. Their ghee roast was excellent. They serve everything hot without reheating. Overall a nice property.

I recently stayed at this newly opened resort and had a pleasant experience with the cleanliness and neatness of the room. However, there's room for improvement in their food delivery service to rooms. Considering the charging rate, I felt that the play area inside the resort was somewhat limited. To enhance the overall experience, especially for families, I suggest that the management invest in creating a more comprehensive and engaging kids' play zone.

Property is ideally located near the Pondicherry Town and the Serenity Beach. Location is very nice with full of trees. They have different varieties of trees. They cook the food on our order. so the food was very fresh and prepared to our requirements. We asked for a Room Decoration as it was our Anniversary and they have done it very well. Rooms size is good and bathroom is very big. We enjoyed our stay very much

The room with a swimming pool was good, but our overall experience was disappointing. The staff, especially the ones assisting with luggage, were rude (except for the reception team). The food was horrible – our dinner had a bad smell, and even after giving feedback, nothing was done about it. Instead, we were still asked to pay. This was quite frustrating and affected our stay.

Saravi resort was uniquely beautiful. It was my first time visit there with my family. The ambience was pleasant. The rooms were extremely well kept. The key highlight of the resort is that our room had its own private pool. The common pool was tailored for the kids. And the room pool is perfect for adults.

Good ambience and all staff are also good manners. But common swimming pool for kids are only not for adults very small. And room size is also small.

Excellent peaceful stay at the saravi resort, the rooms were very clean, staff was helpful and cheerful, restaurant food was excellently cooked big thanks to chef selvaraj, one of the best properties to stay in pondicherry, thank you very much!

Well maintained, had a wonderful stay, lovely place for family and couples, food is just awesome, hospitality is good and staff are kind. Nice place to come again

overall it was a wonderful Experience. positive 1. Property was really excellent. 2. Rooms with Pvt swimming pool well maintained. negative 1. Staffs could have been better. 2. restaurant dine in was a drawback.

It was pleasant stay at Saravi Resort. The rooms were spacious and clean. The amenities and facilities was good. Had great family time. Timely Service. Food were freshly prepared, and their aroma and taste were good.Overall enjoyed the stay with the property.

Stay was excellent. The resort is clean, staff is very good and food is awesome. The chef paid attention to guests eating at the restaurant and prepared food as requested.
