Room and bathroom were perfectly clean and hygiene was well maintained. Stay was much better than my previous stay in this property few years back

Rooms are very small and not worth of the money. Food quality including breakfast was terrible and like they are feeding some beggers on a free budget. Manager and staffs are completely non cooperative and not even bother to get the feedback. Whenever any feedback is given they are like depending themselves with silly excuses and sometime not even accepting the same. Never seen this kind of pathetic service

Last day Reception boy is very rude and not have a sence to how to talk. He doest not the value of the customer. Always show the attitude

It was a great experience staying at the property. The behaviour of the staff was very polite and professional. Moreover, the rooms were very clean.

Reception - very kind and helpful people. Always there to help you. Room - was neat and tidy, even the washroom was stainless and big room. Restaurant - they also provided room service. Quantity wise, it was a lot of quantity and very tasty. It was worth the price overall, i loved my stay there. I would love to stay here in the future.

Very nice hotel to stay here. Food is also good here. And who wants to stay near noida this is the best location for your short stay.

Room was small but wasn’t a big problem as per expectations. Ac wasn’t working entire stay, which was disappointing. Some staff are courteous while certain ones need improvement in soft skills.

Sharing some pros and cons based on the same below : pros: - very clean and hygienic rooms - room and housekeeping services are good - excellent location cons: - poor customer service attitude of the hotel manager - poor quality of buffet (breakfast) both in terms of the food quality and delays in service

Location wise very well placed, clean hotel, food was good, they need to improve on towel quality. Even the food spread can be made more better.
