Wonderful stay and amazing staff. Very peaceful and rejuvenating. I recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful villa nestled in the woods. The setting was absolutely picturesque, with tall trees surrounding the property. The villa itself was spacious and elegantly decorated, with plenty of room for my family and i to spread out and relax. Overall, our stay at the villa in the woods was truly magical. The peaceful setting, beautiful surroundings, and luxurious accommodations made for an unforgettable experience. Would recommend serai bandipur to anyone looking for a peaceful quiet clean time. I feel it's a good place to stay in the mid of the forest and to enjoy nature. Location is great and staff is very courteous. Property is amazing. I would rate food as average and the sad part is it's the only option and hence you ought to have it. Breakfast spread is good. However, our lunch A-la carte and dinner buffet was not up to the expectation. Apart from that, had a wonderful experience. Also, educate people about the various activities they could do there and also the options to do it along with the timing.

We went for a short stay with family for safari. Unfortunately, we did not take safari due to rain and bad weather. But on an evening drive, we could spot elephant, peahens, lovely deers. Serai is awsome with quality and tasty food. Priced very high. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Very smiling staffs except for one, not to bother. We spent the whole time walking, cycling, swimming, chatting at the bonfire. Lovely, I had been to the same place when it was Cicada.

Great place to stay. Rooms are tastefully designed. A bit expensive but with small kids and family it is probably worth it. A little far from the safari entrance (20-25 minutes drive). Also the approach road has lots of bad patches currently (in the village part of the road outside the tiger reserve. Stay is wonderful and staff is very courteous. We were a family of 4 and had a lovely and much needed break. We chose the log huts and they very well maintained and beautiful. Staff were very cordial, helpful and arrangements were great. We had ginger tea with honey as welcome drink which was apt for this situation. One thing i dint really appreciate was, although the staff were wearing masks. In house staff dint cover their nose. That needs to be mended. Otherwise great.

The rooms are big and comfortable, the place is very beautiful and maintained to a very high standard. The views from the restaurant are excellent. Amenities and a plenty, you can book a safari from the resort, enjoy the nature walk in morning and evening. The food is good, it’s wonderful that they offer dishes from karnataka in the restaurant as opposed to the usual main course.

The property is tastefully designed. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. There is a balcony with chairs where you can relax in the quite of the forest. We spotted deers inside the property. The staff is very warm and courteous. Food was delicious. The deal breaker is the last 10 km road to the property. All in all a nice place to relax with family and have a peaceful time.

I went there for a weekend stay with my better half. From the check in process to the quality of the room, everything was very good. Food was good. We ordered food before we reached the property and lunch was ready by then. Restaurant staff were also well mannered and helpful. I felt the spa was pricey so we didn't opt for it. Room was very well maintained and comfortable.

Guests are not made to wear mask compulsory which is required in current situation

An beautiful and well maintained property, nestled in the midst of the forest. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and make the stay relaxing and memorable. The rooms are well maintained and luxurious. The bathrooms are plush with good quality accessories. The restaurant staff go out of the way to customise the food based on your needs, especially for the kids.

Place is amazing and the road to the property is where we actually spotted bear elephants and deer. The only thing I felt on negative side is cost of food it was very expensive. Not amounting to the value it offered.
