I must also commend Ms. Suma, the play area personal, for her exceptional engagement with my four-year-old son. Had a wonderful experience here. Neatly maintained property. Getting away from the concrete jungles and entering these beautiful and luxurious resorts woven into nature very delicately is really something to be experienced. Food and ambience was good. Pool was well maintained. Cycling early in the morning around the resort in the coffee plantations was another good experience. The resort is close to the city and anyone interested to visit local places could easily do so. Staff were very courteous. Also the prices of the food were very reasonable. People who love nature and would love to be pampered, this is a must go place for u all. Many other beautiful places to visit near chikmagalur. Hoping to get back to this place soon again.

My partner and i was looking for a weekend getaway from bengaluru, when we came across this resort and it immediately caught my attention. Starting from the hospitality to their food (both of us are lactose intolerant so it becomes hell a difficult having food from outside) was top-notch. The chefs (mr. Guddu kumar and mr. Biswajit) even had the patience to cater to my request for a specialised lactose free dessert, and some grills and tandoor. The private pool didn’t have clean water tbh, which wasn’t much hygienic. The main pool was much cleaner and better-maintained. The resort’s encapsulated by coffee plantations which makes the vibe even prettier. Definitely recommend it to people visiting chikmagalur!

I and my friend always wanted to visit this resort for a long time, and it was like a dream come true for us when we got a discount on this and we booked it, The first impression when you enter the place is just wow. The ambiance is so wonderful and fresh you are greeted with friendly staffs, The location is not so far from the city. The villa are so wonderful I would say it best for couples and family. The food is just great no problem about it at all. Overall we enjoyed and had loads of fun. The highlight of this place is a private pool to every villa you get this swim in your privacy with your family or loved one. A wonderful place for honeymoon and stuff.

Pros - The staff services were awesome. They made every possible effort to make our stay memorable. Pampered their guests very well. Greenery, room cleanliness, interior, other amenities like games, cycling, spa were great. Food quality and taste was top notch and reasonable when compared to other high end resorts. Location of the The Serai Chikmagalur is just 4/5 kms from the city. Cons - A microwave in villa would be appreciative and Jacuzzi could have been maintained nicely and also pest control of the jacuzzi area before guests check in. Overall a great and luxurious place and worth every penny.

Serai made our 2 days stay memorable. The villa is so spacious, clean and the esthetic design of the room was so mesmerizing. We liked the pool area, sitting area inside the room with view to nature and tub area. The time spent was so peaceful. The staff has been great. They made our stay and bday celebration more memorable with decorations, gifts and hospitality. Must thank you staff from blue-sky deck bar gurfan and manohar for lovely arrangements and hospitality. The arrangements at picnic near lake was by the same team was also so great. It was great experience indeed.

Stay in serai was is fabulous surrounded by coffe and other plantation with attached pool which makes your stay memorable but there are no activities as compared to other places but it is good place to relax and enjoy the nature. The pool villa in serai is attached with swimming pool which is 4. 5 ft and it is pretty enjoyable pool and inside the villa also the ambience is superb surrounded by nature and other facilities like jakuzi bath tub is superb where u can enjoy the scenic beauty of nature

Place is very well maintained and has great ambience. Staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. Breakfast spread is a big win, while the in room dining was surprisingly very quick with service.

The safety measures were taken care off very well. They check the temperatures before anyone enters the gate of the resort and later they sanitize your bags and asks you to sanitize as well. All the The Serai Chikmagalur staff wear masks and also provide masks to you in case you have forgotten.

Located at the middle of coffee estates, has the intense well maintained natural habitats for many kinds of plants and birds. Friendly staffs supported in all way, thank you for making our stay wonderful.

The property is very close to city so it’s very easily accessible. The food was too good especially the malnad special recipe was too good to be rated.

My 3 nights stay in Serai was amazing. I had come for my birthday and they had decorated my room with balloons and cake. The food is also yummy and delicious. Everything is prepared fresh. Totally loved the stay.

We stayed at the serai this weekend. It was an amazing experience. The property is on the main road and easily accessible. The staff is very courteous and very warm and friendly. The villa was epic and span with a clean private pool. The food was excellent! each and every item was so delicious. It’s good for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend

A great stay. Rooms were pretty good, spacious and clean. Coming to food Breakfast is excellent but For lunch and dinner, I hadn’t gone for Buffet. Indian food is good but Chinese items are average. Hence food I suggest go with Indian menu.

We really loved the entire stay experience at the serai chikmaglur. It’s a beautiful and really well maintained property. One can enjoy various amenities that are provided at the resort.

The resort is built very well, in the midst of the coffee estate. Great food, great service … all in all, a great place to relax and unwind.
