I must also commend Ms. Suma, the play area personal, for her exceptional engagement with my four-year-old son. Had a wonderful experience here. Neatly maintained property. Getting away from the concrete jungles and entering these beautiful and luxurious resorts woven into nature very delicately is really something to be experienced. Food and ambience was good. Pool was well maintained. Cycling early in the morning around the resort in the coffee plantations was another good experience. The resort is close to the city and anyone interested to visit local places could easily do so. Staff were very courteous. Also the prices of the food were very reasonable. People who love nature and would love to be pampered, this is a must go place for u all. Many other beautiful places to visit near chikmagalur. Hoping to get back to this place soon again.

My partner and i was looking for a weekend getaway from bengaluru, when we came across this resort and it immediately caught my attention. Starting from the hospitality to their food (both of us are lactose intolerant so it becomes hell a difficult having food from outside) was top-notch. The chefs (mr. Guddu kumar and mr. Biswajit) even had the patience to cater to my request for a specialised lactose free dessert, and some grills and tandoor. The private pool didn’t have clean water tbh, which wasn’t much hygienic. The main pool was much cleaner and better-maintained. The resort’s encapsulated by coffee plantations which makes the vibe even prettier. Definitely recommend it to people visiting chikmagalur!

I and my friend always wanted to visit this resort for a long time, and it was like a dream come true for us when we got a discount on this and we booked it, The first impression when you enter the place is just wow. The ambiance is so wonderful and fresh you are greeted with friendly staffs, The location is not so far from the city. The villa are so wonderful I would say it best for couples and family. The food is just great no problem about it at all. Overall we enjoyed and had loads of fun. The highlight of this place is a private pool to every villa you get this swim in your privacy with your family or loved one. A wonderful place for honeymoon and stuff.

Pros - The staff services were awesome. They made every possible effort to make our stay memorable. Pampered their guests very well. Greenery, room cleanliness, interior, other amenities like games, cycling, spa were great. Food quality and taste was top notch and reasonable when compared to other high end resorts. Location of the The Serai Chikmagalur is just 4/5 kms from the city. Cons - A microwave in villa would be appreciative and Jacuzzi could have been maintained nicely and also pest control of the jacuzzi area before guests check in. Overall a great and luxurious place and worth every penny.

Serai made our 2 days stay memorable. The villa is so spacious, clean and the esthetic design of the room was so mesmerizing. We liked the pool area, sitting area inside the room with view to nature and tub area. The time spent was so peaceful. The staff has been great. They made our stay and bday celebration more memorable with decorations, gifts and hospitality. Must thank you staff from blue-sky deck bar gurfan and manohar for lovely arrangements and hospitality. The arrangements at picnic near lake was by the same team was also so great. It was great experience indeed.

Stay in serai was is fabulous surrounded by coffe and other plantation with attached pool which makes your stay memorable but there are no activities as compared to other places but it is good place to relax and enjoy the nature. The pool villa in serai is attached with swimming pool which is 4. 5 ft and it is pretty enjoyable pool and inside the villa also the ambience is superb surrounded by nature and other facilities like jakuzi bath tub is superb where u can enjoy the scenic beauty of nature

Amid-st coffee plantations, this place is unlike the other two forest destinations, but the coffee walk and the bird watching walk almost make up for it. Coupled with their incredible facilities, this is a one time escape

Amazing property, beautiful rooms, private pool, in the middle of coffee plantation. Food is awesome as well. What could be cherry on top would be heated pool.

Gives a taste for fine living and premium resort stay experience. Should not miss even 1 min of this blissful stay. Definitely going back again.

Pool villa is excellent our family enjoyed The most

Our accommodation was made in villa 20 was not properly cleaned and not maintained the hygiene. Ac was not functioning properly.

A great stay. Rooms were pretty good, spacious and clean. Coming to food Breakfast is excellent but For lunch and dinner, I hadn’t gone for Buffet. Indian food is good but Chinese items are average. Hence food I suggest go with Indian menu.

Beautiful and wonderful people staff with excellent ambience and rooms were superb. The food was great and the prices were extremely reasonable.

Everything was just beyond excellence except that menu needs to be improved, as in there should be lot of varieties.
