I had a delightful getaway from jean 1st to jean 3rd, aiming for a serene start to the new year amid-st pleasant weather. The trip to wayanad was truly enchanting, especially our stay at this remarkable resort. Our room overlooking the lake offered a picturesque view of the dam, accompanied by the delightful sounds of chirping birds. The resort's well-maintained surroundings, abundant with lemon grass plants, added to the charm. The spacious and comfortable room felt like a home away from home. The culinary experience was exceptional, featuring delicious kerala specialties infused with rich coconut and traditional kerala oil. We indulged in various dishes, finding both the quality and cost quite reasonable. I must commend mr. Arun, the booking manager, for his exceptional assistance. He not only elaborated on the resort facilities but also arranged a cab for our family. His introduction to mr. Rajesh, our cab driver, was invaluable. Rajesh went above and beyond, meeting us at the calicut railway station in the dead of night and patiently waiting until our train arrived at 3:00 am. His adept planning and smooth driving, coupled with his fluency in tamil and punctuality, made our journey seamless. The housekeeping staff were incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist whenever needed. Their attentiveness added to the overall positive experience. Lastly, the infinity pool, though slightly small, offered a stunning view near the dam. Its meticulous maintenance and proximity to the scenic surroundings enhanced the experience. Overall, this trip was nothing short of wonderful and delightful, accentuated by the pleasing weather.

We booked flight from mumbai to kozhikode. Just as the name is so is kozhikode. We travel-led thru mesmerising track of vythiri village and reached at serenity resort wayanad we had a plan of 3 days and we stayed at the same resort. . Yet it felt like we needed another day or two. Its very relaxing little place serene indeed the banasura dam just a km away the backwaters with kayaking speed boat whirling boat shikara, meenmutty waterfall lovely place with a trekking which is enjoyable and yet safe and the beautiful vythiri village with zip lining sky cycle the honey museum tea museum. Tea factory needs a long wait but worth visiting of all if u plan to spend cozy relaxing hours the serenity resort is excellent elegant beautiful with a swimming pool the floating bridge swing of the old times coffee plantation spa delicious cousins typical kerala food where u can enjoy safe hygienic tasty food. We requested for live cooking show. The coconut rice avail kerala chicken bananas fried with coconut icecreams and so on vacations shouldn't end we felt we travel-led together in a traveller that was comfortable companion with a guide and safe driver in all enjoyed to the fullest not to forget flora n forest at the serenity makes u even more happy

The view is fantastic, environment is peaceful, in the lap of nature. The cottages or villas however you want to call them are comfortable, luxurious, the balconies or seating out area in every cottage is very cozy and you just dont feel like leaving it. There is a restaurant inside the property and it serves really delicious food. I tried different varieties of paneer and chicken with rice and chapati and was pretty happy with the taste. Mornings are the best-est time in this resort as it is mist covered till 9 am or 10 in the winters. I made a point to wake up early and have a walk outside to not miss the foggy morning. All the staff be it the restaurant people, room service, house keeping, or the people at reception and the security. All were very helpful during my stay. Special mention to the makemytrip team and the lady at the reception for giving us a special gift as it was our enagegement anniversary, really liked it. Theres a badminton area. And i really enjoyed playing there. Also spent some time in the pool. Now, what i would like to suggest is pool can be maintained a little better. Was not that clean. Also if some activites like kayaking or rowing or pedal boats can be added from the resort end as the lake is out there.

Excellent location, the resort is in the middle of coffee estate overlooking the banasura dam. There are wonderful hills at the backdrop makes it look serene. The property is very well maintained midst the jungle, with a open swimming pool, badminton court, bonfire at night with some music, kerala ayurvedic massage. We as family enjoyed our time exploring the place, morning walk, which was a great experience. Before i forget, i will like to mention the chef, who made us hot and lovely food to keep is happy for 2 days. Very reasonable price for food with decent variety. The entire stay budget was quite decent considering the high end The Serenity Resorts, however i liked their sincerity and commitment, which made the day for us.

The location is a 5star. Checkin & checkout was smooth. Ashwati at the reception was very kind and helpful. They have a small spa, sneha at the spa was very nice and good at her job, i took a massage and it felt relaxing. Property is right next to banasura dam hence all rooms have a great view, we stayed at the top floor in a premium cottage. Rooms and common space were both very well kept and hygienic. A restaurant very beautifully setup with good food options to select from. Pool while we were here was under maintenance but guess it’s going to get operational sooner. 100% recommend it for a staycation or peaceful weekend. You can choose to do boating or kayaking in the banasura dam lake during afternoon or evenings.

Resort location is very good near banasura dam surrounded by lush green forest. Resort is well maintained with neat and clean rooms. Ambience is good. Swimming pool is clean. Badminton court is nice. You can park your car near premium room. Food is good. Only staff at reception needs some training to improve service. Lot of confusion over booking. We had to change rooms which caused inconvenience. They shifted our luggage to other room at 11 th hour when we were away from resort prior information should have given before changing room.

Nice stay. Breakfast was okay. North indian dinner was great given this place is in kerala. Phulkas were superb! interior of the rooms looked better in pictures as compared to reality. A hand towel could have been added, only bath towels were provided. Even when asked for a hand towel. Again a bath towel was sent. Otherwise, the staff were courteous. They extended their service when we were late for check in. Badminton court was nice. Located amid-st scenic surroundings. Near to banasura dam. Overall recommend!

It was a great stay and pleasant wheather, what makes this place good is that a helpful n supportive staff which make the stay comfortable, we travel-led with two kids n kids had fun too as it has play area and games, rooms are ventilated n clean n spacious, food was awesome n great

It was our son's first birthday and the experience was great. All the staff's were very polite and provided prompt service whenever needed. Will definitely visit again and recommend to our friends.
