It was good experience. Rooms were clean. Hotel Staff are supportive. Restro rent food was also good.

inspite of multiple reminders WIFI passcodes not shared MMT guests are restricted to the ground floor wheres all others other guests offered rooms on 3rd floor feels disparity

Ok. The experience of staying at seventeen degree hotel was great, the services and behaviour of staff was also excellent

Room is clean, car parking is difficult, no dental & shaving kit provided,

Food and service were good, but room pricing is very very high considering type of room provided to me

Property is old, maintenance is required. Bathroom fittings need to be repaired or changed. Service is poor, even in breakfast table. Power plug is very less. Laptop, mobile, power bank cannot be charged in the room at a time. Otherwise location wise good. Bedroom is spacious and clean.

Good hotel. Clean but room service is not upto the mark. Food amd beverages are more costly than usual.

Property location is convenient on the main road but food is terrible and expensive to the point of being looted. One vegetarian meal comprising of steam rice, yellow dal and aloo gobi fried and a bottle of chilled water will set you back by 900 approx, morning break fast was served with a dead fried flee in my poached eggs. The staff is friendly, rooms clean. Good hotel to stay but please eat out.

it's a good hotel to stay. only they don't have parking for car for the guest. but the food quality are good with limited items. management should look in to those matters as there is no good hotel in dhanbad. thanks 🙏

Very good. Everything was good. Electric wiring in the room was loose. And some more items in the breakfast should be added. Otherwise a very good experience. Good staffs with good behaviour.

Power sockets were not working properly. Average ambiance of room. Restaurant ambiance was also shabby.

This hotel is a scamster. They were not satisfied with the rates at which we had done the booking at makemytrip. As such we were asked to shell out another rs. 2000 which we had no other choice but to pay. When we asked for an invoice, they created a false food bill saying that they can give a room rent bill. This means that they knew that they were doing wrong. I suggest that you should remove such hotels from makemytrip to preserve your goodwill. I would never have stayed at that hotel had it not been for makemytrip. I demand the sum of rs. 2000 to be refunded to me.

L'hôtel était bien situé proche de nos lieux d'intérêt. le salon est très agréable ainsi que les lieux de restauration, le bar pour le petit déjeuner et le restaurant sont très agréables. le pain est fabriqué sur place, j'ai pu visiter la boulangerie, la blanchisserie, la cuisine. c'est remarquablement propre. j'ai utilisé le service de blanchisserie, le linge est revenu très propre et bien repassé .

Ambience was good, room size was small. Food tast was good. Frequently power cuts though generator was there, but still the the time lag was there and it was quite irritating. Morning breakfast was ok, only few items were there for breakfast, though the hospitality was good.
