The property was very good we were little late for checking in but the staff was polite and rooms were all clean and ready and the property was very near to the beach so had a nice experience facilities were also nice and the food was negotiable

It was just awesome. Their hospitality and easy check in process is too good. Rooms were clean, room service is also good.

The view was great, but the AC wasn't working properly. But it's the best place to chill. And enjoy

Location is decent but the food quality is average. There is a lot of voltage fluctuation in the property because of which the ac was not functioning at all. The staff is very decent but the amenities for the price is below average. Location is good as you have access to the beach but the beach is filled with plastic bottles and debris.

The stay was comfortable. Very good hospitality & Management by the Manager Vicky. The food was fine. Good ambience.

Very secluded from everything Good food and good service Nothing to do here actually but be at the beach. The beach is beautiful and most of the time empty completely. There are nice dogs here and a brown small one it's name is Itzhak and he likes to play

I stayed for a shorter time it was an amazing experience. Attractions are private beach, open restaurant, night fire and games also available like volleyball. Staff also very polite and especially mr suman who is very humble and kind.

This property is just beneath the sea beach and the location is very nice. Food quality is also very nice and the team is very co-operative. Rooms are ok and aminities are ok.

There was no water in the morning and night electricity was not there took 5 hours to fix electricity

The property is well kept and the location is beautiful. All staff, including managers Likit and Francis, were extremely attentive and speak great English, so don't worry if you're a foreigner. The beach is clean and you'll have it all to yourself most of the time. Cottages are clean and with good A/C, comfy beds.

We as couples stayed here for 2 nights, 2 days location- very spacious, property attached to beach. Room - clean, well maintained bed, ac, hot water with all required facility service - good but we felt there were only 2 servers doing all the running around in the huge property with a lot of customers campfire- was not part of facility provided but when asked for was provided food - first day the food felt oily, taste wasn't nice nor the simple idli vada were good to eat. But post informing the owner likith. The food felt fresh and tasty unlike the previous day

The stay was good. Have a big walking area, a dinning area and also direct access to the amazing beach. However, open area needs some maintenance. The rooms too were not up to the mark in terms of ambience.

The seventh heaven resorts and ocean stays is located near kumta. The location is excellent, but this place is not maintained well. We booked 2 luxury ac rooms one month in advance by paying a higher price as it was a long weekend. Our check-in date was 1 oct 23 and check-out date 2nd oct 23. I have 3 major concerns. 1. Upon my visit to this place, to my surprise, i was allotted 2 premium ac rooms, not luxury ac rooms. Which are relatively smaller with queen bed compared to king type bed in luxury ac rooms. Once i enquired regarding this with the hotel people, initially they didn't agree to their mistake. Later, after a lot of arguments, they accepted their mistake. The 2 rooms which i have booked were allotted to some other people. This incident ruined my stay experience. Later, while checkout, they compensated for their mistake by paying some amount, but my stay experience completely ruined here. Why were rooms booked by me allotted to some other people. Why did the hotel manager initially not agree to their mistake. 2. Power went off at around 2 am. They didn't switch on the generator for a longer duration of nearly 1 hour. I was totally frustrated and ran out to the kitchen and to the manager room to wake them up for switching on the generator. They should take care of these basic things. 3. Major drawback, they don't have room service of food. Here for each and every item of food we need to go to the restaurant to order the food and we need to take it along with us to the room. Also, for breakfast, only maggie and sandwich options are available. They should at least have south indian food. We are not satisfied with the overall stay here.

The place is good, just beside the beach. Food is ok. It has open theater and campfire too.

It was great a experience, good staff, beach side tents, everything was cool and good.
