Amenities available but guests cannot use it

Food,location and cleanliness were good. In the website it was mentioned as Washing machine and kitchen available. However, caretaker informed that kitchen and washing machine cannot be used by guests. Guests can use their laundry service which was changeable. They have a separate kitchen for preparing breakfast for guests. A separate kitchen with hob, chimney and micro wave was available in dining area which was supposed to be used by guests, but caretaker informed that we cannot use it, even if we use our own utensils. The reason for which I booked room in this property was availability of kitchen abd washing machine. We are on a 40 day road trip by our car and we are choosing home stays which has kitchen and washing machine. If these amenities are not available for guests, let the property remove this from list of amenities.

Beautiful accommodation. Nice furniture and ambience. Attention to details like fresh flowers and aesthetic linen fabric. Breakfast was also good and served hot every day. Staff are helpful. Location is great, a 10 min walk from Ward's Lake. The only issue is the walls are very thin so you can hear full conversations in other rooms.

Its a very good property but if u dont get a room in tha ground floor near the office u will not be able to gwt wifi and the mibile network connectivity in the room is pathetic. Apart from this only issue the property is an excellent choice in Shillong. I would highly recommend it

We had a pleasant and cozy stay here — the rooms were beautiful, clean, and well-equipped, giving a comfortable, homely feel. The staff was polite and very helpful throughout our stay. The property is conveniently located about 1.5 km from Police Bazar. We also tried their breakfast, which was delicious, freshly prepared, and hygienic.

The place is very nice and very clean. They have maintained the property very well. Also the host and care taker are polite and responsive. They only serve breakfast and rest you can order through swinggy or zomato but they will help yoh with utensils and cleaning.

So, let me start with the caretaker. When we reached, It was morning time and he seemed he was hungover. Thankfully I was not alone. Secondly, the food was below average. Plus they put so much salt in the chhole sabzi. And most importantly, the flush of the toilet wasn't working. So overall, I did not have a good experience there.
