The Siena Village

Good location and well maintained garden and flowers. The road to the location in few areas is not good and need to be renovated. The food was good. The suite rooms have steps inside the room which is dangerous for kids. The upstairs balcony should have been an open air facility. The bathroom lock was causing some issues and need the help of the caretaker multiple times to fix it.

The stay was very ambience and pleasure to stay with family, kids will enjoy lot especially dj during campfire was excellent the delux room is having private campfire which is specially add to it food: excellent stay : excellent environment: excellent service: excellent swimming pool: excellent improvement: hair dryer can be kept in each room ls

We reached very late due to delayed flight but the staff arranged everything for us very promptly. Location is little far from city center as well as from main road, so if that concerns you this place might not be the best choice. The morning sunrise views and the lake view are beautiful. good breakfast. clean hygienic rooms and washrooms.

Sienna village resort is located at a very calm, quiet and peaceful place about 20 km from munnar town. Stay at the property was overwhelming. Food was excellent. All staffs were very friendly and well-behaved. Overall excellent stay. If munnar is your choice of destination, you must stay at siena village.

The location of the resort is very near to Gap Road which makes it easy to access. The property is good with small play area for kids, a pool etc. The room was good as well. The food could have been better. Also felt that the activities for kids could have been increased. The staff was good and polite.

Recently stayed at the siena village munnar along with my family for 2 nights. The checkin process was smooth and efficient. Hotel’s location was perfect for a vacation. The staff were attentive and courteous. It was a wonderful stay and i will definitely be returning in the future!

Very well maintained property. Staff was excellent, they were available always even at 4:30 am in the morning when we checked out. Loved the place ... will totally recommend my friends. We were 17 ppl .... kids and adults and 6 rooms.

The property is very good and well maintained. The landscaping is feast for eyes. There is exceptionally scenic view from property. The service is also very good. The rooms are well maintained, clean and hygienic. The food is also great.

Location is good. Very well maintained. Food was good and reasonably priced. Overall excellent stay. Mutton biryani was not good and restaurant is too small for size of resort. During breakfast time it gets congested.

We would definitely return to the siena village and highly recommend it to others. Overall, we give it 5 out of 5 stars.

The resort was well maintained. The outside ambience is excellent. The pool is also very nice. The rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast served was tasty. The plantation visit was not up to the mark.

Amazing views and location. The food is great, the breakfast spread is amazing and offer some s local cuisines which are worth trying. Ample amenities in the room and in the resort for an enjoyable family stay.
