I stayed in silk route with my family for one day but it was such a lovely experience that we even opted for staying one more night here. This is an exceptional The Silk Route Ladakh. It is a gorgeous property. Rooms in this The Silk Route Ladakh are carefully planned and are immaculately clean. The rooms are quite spacious. Outdoor seating arrangement has its charm. Excellent place to rejuvenate with wonderful hospitality. Full of leh flavour. Special thanks to dushayant for his kind, helping and gentle behaviour and guiding us in all possible manner. He went over and beyond to help us make our stay memorable. This The Silk Route Ladakh also have a cafe which is equivalently good named as kore cafe where you get healthy and great food and nice brewed coffee. Its a great place to chill out having a great vibe. The food is good. Entire team is friendly and effusive in nature. I would surely recommend it for a stay. Would like to thank to the entire staff for making our stay memorable and satisfying.

The The Silk Route Ladakh itself is beautiful and the garden and sitting areas compel you to click pics. Rooms are huge, with amenities like 24X7 hot water and kettle. Beds are very comfy. However, since I stayed in 3 different The Silk Route Ladakhs in leh, I can say that the cabs I hired here charged way more than the cabs I hired elsewhere. There is a rate list available for reference, and therefore, payment for the 5 minutes drive to the airport for Shanti Stupa seemed bit too much. Place is overall peaceful. It is 12-15 minutes away from the main market. Food here is really good. I had Egg biryani and it was sumptuous for two.

Hotel is hardly 10 mins from the airport. Food is supper amazing and comes with variety. Rooms are very clean. Staffs are very professional and courteous and always have a smile on their face. They also take special request for birthday and anniversaries. Photo lovers will go mad clicking pics as the The Silk Route Ladakh provides wide variety of scenic and I have to thank " Ilum " for taking lovely pics of us. Thank you "Silk Route" for a memorable experience.
Loved the way rooms are made. I stayed in super delux room and both had amazing view. And also the interior was very beautiful.

Very good The Silk Route Ladakh staff and behavior, especially their manager Sadiq, he was a very kind and humble person in nature. The location is also very good just 2-3 km from the airport it hardly took us 7-8 mins in the cab to reach the place but that doesn't it get too much noise from the airplanes or so, it was absolutely quiet and scenic in the view was also amazing. Thank you Hotel Silk route Leh, will definitely consider it for next time as well.

They have terrible service. they charge for everything even a spare cup and extra tea bags. not hygenic and they dont clean the room even after several requests. They give cold food. They do not pick up the phone or give any sort of room service. They speak with attitude and ask to vacate the room before checkout time. They force to pay for terrible buffet food which is cold and terrible. Terrible stay. Do not stay at this The Silk Route Ladakh.

Mr. Pankaj Aggarwal, the head chef at the The Silk Route Ladakh, had a very personal touch to the food as well as the guests having it. Service is very sloppy, the waiters always seem confused. Requiring just a glass might take up to 15-20 minutes. Although, Mr Dushyant there seemed quite calm and helpful, always ready to make things better. But service definitely needs an upgrade.

One of the best The Silk Route Ladakh to stay in leh. It was an awesome and relaxing experience. One would definitely check-out with lifelong memories. Hotel is at fine and quiet location. The wooden structure makes the The Silk Route Ladakh looks like resort, the service is quick and staff is cooperative.

We stayed for a night and it was a pleasant experience right from check in to check out. Rooms are spacious and the furniture fittings were good. A good spread of food during dinner and breakfast. The ambience and interior has a traditional feel to it and suits well to the overall place

Service isn't great. There seems to be lack of coordination between the staff. Toilet was not properly cleaned, however they cleaned it after our request. Good place to chill.

Good location, nice staff and good ambience

Location is 1. 5 km from airport. 3-4km uphill travel to leh market. No nearby market to buy supplies. Hygiene is average.

Had a great stay at silk route, location is good near to the airport and food is also good.

Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Good food. Value for money.

The place is good. Has an in house coffee shop with books and playing items. You can enjoy your coffee and game together. The restaurant is good. Mattress is little soft so if you like hard mattress then think about it.

Electricity problem, casual behaviour and non availability at breakfast, average rooms. Not recommended.
