Very good and courteous staff. Especially Anoushka from the front desk was very coordial and welcoming, inspite of being extremely busy due to the Pharmacy delegation meeting in the hotel premises. She took care of the very basic and fundamental ask that i had requested, prior to travelling, was greatly appreciated. 1) Location is in the city center, optimum. 2) Food was generally found to be quite good, Breakfast is excellent. Though, i did not like the chicken biryani...seems like they need to improvise upon that. 3) Frankly did not try any amenities, and am not sure about it. 4) As i said, Service was good. Overall great experience, but there has to be something that is not 100% always. It is sad that amongst the good associates/people right from Mama, to Gokul on the front desk, who were very friendly, caring and cooperative, one experience left a dent. Arrogance by person waking me up in the middle of the night to remove my car unnecesarily and that too when it was not needed, it was more of a summon, arrogant command than a request. Things like this brings the hotel reputation down, almost this person started kind of arguing and having altercation with me for no apparent reason when i questioned on the reason for the late call to remove the car. The Manager intervened as i wanted to speak to him, and helped to settle the matter. The hotel reception person's name was Aditya Pawaskar. Otherwise, all was good, Highly recommended and will stay here again during my next trip to Ratnagiri.

Rooms maintenance needs to be improved. I have stayed here earlier also but now the quality of the product is not up to the standard which it used to be earlier

The room was neat and clean. Food was good, even though they don't have a breakfast buffet they do provide a lot of options as per request. Location is also In the middle of a city.

Overall experience is really Good. The Food is excellent. The breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner menu is really good and has ample variety.

on 14 june we stayed there.. it was pleasing hygienic breakfast was nicely served.. felt rejuvenated😃

very neat and clean , rooms are much bigger compare to what they are charging ..value for money.. in fact their chefs are much much better than what mumbai's bedt of the hotels have.. Try their Thai and Chainies..One of the best I ever had.. staff is very cordial ... 9 out of 10

The location was prime, easily accessible, the room was of good size but road noises could be heard a lot. The lift is very small and slow. Food was good and tasty especially south indian cook too good.

Silver Swan offers clean rooms, excellent staff, and tasty food, with a specially separate kitchen for pure veg and non-veg. A great stay overall!

The property is on main road corner. They do not have sound proof windows. You stay in any room, you will feel like you are staying on road. A lot of suffering with the nonstop on going traffic noise. Pathetic experience. I will never ever stay at this hotel.

From checking in to checking out it was a seamless service. Hotel is clean and tastefully collected art and furniture. Dining facilities were superb. Site manager mr damoder shetty was incredibly polite and service above self personality. It is not just us, he kept going to each dining table and was treating each customers as if a family members! certainly enjoyable experience.

The hotel is good and at a great location. Restaurant service is poor. Their breakfast is good, but ala carte food is quite average.

Location was very good close to thibba point. Cleanliness was amazing. Rooms were spacious. Staff was courteous. Food quality was excellent.
