The Sky Comfort Hotel Krisha, Dwarka

Worst experience ever. Everything was dirty be it bed blanket or washroom. Continuous smell in the room, had to use freshner. Not recommended at any price

Stay was ok. Room was clean but the staff was not ok some boys were randomly roaming and sitting in lobby reception in sofa which makes ladies guest uncomfortable. Such should be avoided

We reached Dwarka on 17/11/2025 early morning. Since the hotel check-in time is 12:00 pm, we paid extra charges for early check-in. After completing all check-in formalities, we were allotted Room No. 501. I, my wife, and my son freshened up and then went for Dwarka Darshan. When we returned to the hotel at 9:00 pm, the staff handed us the key to Room No. 201. I informed them clearly that our room was 501 in the morning, but they insisted we had stayed in 201. Only after showing them the register entry did they agree that the room had been changed. The major issue is that the hotel shifted our room without any permission or intimation. My wife had kept her undergarments on the chair for drying, but during the room shift, the staff put all those clothes into one carry bag. They even opened my luggage bag and placed our night dress inside without consent. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Hotel was good, but there was some issue with electricity, and generator was tripping down.

no cleaning, staff behaviour is not good, 2 person age is below 18 year. bad experience. Towel and tea cup was. ot cleaned

Room was quite awesome and clean, perfect location, allowed early check in when the room was available and excellent staff assistant.

The room was good with all the amenities being at an affordable price. The staff were cooperative and humble.Nearby railway station and dwarkadish temple as well .

There is no parking available for cars. People at reception are not welcoming and little rude. Rooms are good and clean though.
