It was really an amazing stay over there with very polite and courteous staff especially the one sitting in the reception. Overall loved the vibes of the place with lots of plants and greenery around the room. The view of the swiming pool from your room is really amazing.

The food service was not good. Coffee and tea were not served in the swimming area, which was disappointing. Also, the swimming area did not feel completely safe. Overall, the experience needs improvement.

Have recently while visiting Dwarka stayed for day but very streng that additional bed was not provided The mattress was put on floor which was 3rd grade cattagory type service was provided. overall very bad service.

Property bathroom equipment is not well working , resorts service is very terrible nd poor 1 day we stay faced many problems about service timing when we call this item or service is missing then after he arrives late or not arrived till morning we do repety call nd infom that this service is not done yet from night what are you doing very bad experience

It is a very third class service, they did not give me the room I booked and gave me another room which was cheaper. I booked a room on Make My Trip and it included breakfast and they took my money and gave me extra. Please someone go. I request with folded hands. It was a very bad experience.
