5 - star rating to receptionist varsha for her knowledge of visiting nearby places 5- star rating for food, taste of the food was excellent, they served really good food. Breakfast was awasom both ala cart e and buffet. In buffet option were less, management should think of increasing the option. More dishes would have been added. 2- star rating for towel and napkins used in bathroom 1- star rating for body wash they are using. Lucky we had our own body wash. 3- star rating for linen they used in rooms. Not impressed with the cleanings(all though mr prakash - housekeeping staf was always ready to help ) 3- star for parking space. As premises lakes of in parking space. 2- star to toilet as toilets are very very congested. Toilets are wrongfully installed and no space has been left and either side of toilet. One can't even sit properly on toilet sit. No shower curtain in bathrooms. Shampoo was not provided.

Very nice experience of staying in nathdwara. A very good location with easily accessible location and very good view of lord shiva statue. A very good facility including spacious parking and huge waiting area. A wonderful restaurant facilities for tasty menu of wide range. Restaurant service is very good and quality food with reasonable price. Rooms are very much spacious and with good cleaning and all basic necessities. There is some chance to improve room service like providing toilet accessories and tv cable recharge. Ideally they should provide facility on check in. Overall very good experience. Enjoyed our stay with family.

Location was excellent on hilltop. With walking distance of statue of belief and museum of grace. Shrinath temple is also just 2 km away. Breakfast is good
