I stayed here for 3 days and had a really good experience. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. We stayed there on 21st & 27th April, 2025. Kusum Home Stay is very close to the Airport jut 2 to 3 minutes drive. Room was clean, space also good, wash room also very hygienic. Food also testy & quality with quantity. Hosts also so nice with guests..they are so supportive. They can arrange taxi also for Airport drop & pick up. They really make your stay comfortable.

The location was very close to mg marg and toy train. You can get the cabs by 2min walk from hotel. Food was decent. The amenities are worth the price. Overall its a good hotel stay for family friends and couples

Apart from the other properties of Aviana this property is not at all good location wise, it is located in one way, we don't get a chance to stop our vehicle for not more than 2 min,Other side is pure residential No privacy at all, Coming to rooms, good but not worth the amount we pay for a 3 star hotel. It's completely unworthy. Food is too costly but not that Great taste and we don't get any other options available.Not at all recommended for a peaceful stay in Darjeeling, You will get best resorts at this price if you go little away from the city hustle.

The hotel staff was courteous and the rooms were clean and neat. As we had an early morning checkout the manager even packed the breakfast sandwich and a juice to go. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Service was very bad. We had Kept Dinner plates outside our room it was there in front of our room door till we checked out. No one was supporting they didn't provided any parking even they didn't permitted us to park vehicle in front of the resort. Disgusting behaviour. We ordered dinner at room service and they ask to pay at the time of Dinner only if we want to pay at the time of check out they will charge 18% gst . Also outside food is not allowed.So you will not have any option .

The location of this hotel is very perfect for city tourists as a Darjeeling railway station, taxi stand, Mall road Chowrasta are at walking distance. The facility of food, and bathroom geysers are available as a necessity for tourists. The staff behaviour is very good and supportive.

!! PROVIDE WORST ROOMS IF BOOKED ONLINE !! In my 2 days of stay, on 1st day I booked standard room which was 300 less than Deluxe room. the standard room was so small and packed that easily a person can feel suffocation. I asked to upgrade but they were asking Rs 1200. so for my 2nd day I booked deluxe room because they said views are from deluxe rooms only. now even through there were empty rooms, they gave us a room which has window but no view. just the walls of next hotel. Because they felt that they can easily get more money for the view rooms they don't sell those rooms if you book online. never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I found it to make my trip. The buffet is good.n Amenities n service also good.But 1 problem is they dont give room heaters in your room. They add additional charges for our room heaters. I received an underground room (i booked standard room)they dont maintain that its a underground room.It feels so suffocating.

our stay at Soma hotel was very good. Room was comfortable and the restaurant food was very good. The service was excellent. Especially Mr. Suchan was always prompt in attending to our requirements. only problem we faced were frequent power cuts and the heater was available at extra cost. which we feel should have been provided at all rooms without extra charges or the room rate should have included all this. But otherwise the hotel was a great place to stay and at a very convenient location.
