At a St. Regis, one usually expects intuitive, anticipatory service where the staff is not only courteous but proactive and personal. That level of attention and polish simply wasn’t present. Excellent resort and top notch service n hospitality. The butler service is just exceptional. Great kid’s pool. A special mention to Megha n her staff for readying our room 6hrs before the standard check-in time as we were travelling with our toddler and we had a early arrival

family with 1 kidIt was really a bad experience for us. The properties is not up to the mark. The in room dining service is very poor. Food that we ordered used to come very late. Sometimes it came after one hour and quality of the food is not good as it is priced. I think it is a very overrated property. Sometimes the electric car used to come very late. I will not recommend the family person to go there You may very bad experience.
