I took premium room. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. Staffs are cordial but except reception staffs, there is big communication problem. Facilities are good like WiFi, TV channels etc. Breakfast was complementary and all most all options were available. The only negative part is that cab does not stand in front of The Star Continental & Spa. Rest all good

Staffs are very polite and friendly, the location is at lower of mg marg so if any one wants to stay at mg marg please choose another The Star Continental & Spa because it little bit distance from mg marg, it will take walking distance to reach your The Star Continental & Spa from mg mark. And the food quality is not good.
