It was really good. The room had the perfect vibe which was equally aesthetic. I love the small green plants that were there in the room and of course the garden view was just awesome. It can be a perfect stay especially for the rainy days.❤️ And yes food was also delicious.

Very Disturbing Experience!

The hotel looked decent online, but reality was different. The check-in process was painfully slow due to poor management. The room had a musty odor, with stained linens and a barely functioning air conditioner. The bathroom was worse—dirty tiles, a leaking tap, and no hot water. Room service was unresponsive, and when food finally came, it was cold and unappetizing. Loud noises echoed through the halls all night, making sleep impossible. The staff wasn’t rude, just completely indifferent and unhelpful. What was meant to be a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and uncomfortable experience I couldn’t wait to end.

Stay was nice with little short comings in the room. 1) no hot water provision in wash basin. 2) wify system is not available. 3) no room heaters provided 4) in room dining available but service is not good. Food delivery delayed 5) no intercom to call house keeping or room service available at room 304 (royal room) 6) wash rooms are smelling stinky.

It was a real surprise for us to check in, in this beautiful property in madhupur. Room is beautifully decorated, service and behaviour of hotel staff is excellent. It has a beautiful garden, top class restaurant named berry bites, and quality of food is awesome, no less than some best restaurants of kolkata. It take 5 minutes to reach from madhupur railway station. Toto reserve fare is only rs. 50- will again visit here.

We had a very comfortable stay in this property. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean, well managed by the hotel team. Food was great too at their in house restaurant "berrybites. Bengali cuisine was available. Overall a great stay.
