Very good and calm stay blended with nature. jacuzzi room was very spacious. Food was tasty and staffs were very friendly

Pathetic. Not even a 2 star property View from the room is of a water tank that's 10 feet away, and that's all you can see. No mini fridge. Most of the menu items are unavailable, and in breakfast, the food is mostly finished and never refilled on time

The property is nice, but on premise restaurant doesn’t have working tandoor or any fish fries. That was a downer

The resort was amazing and it had all facilities. Located at a very perfect spot right opposite to the Sky park, every other place was easily accessible. Food was good too. The only feedback would be to extend the checkout time as 10:30 AM is too early for a checkout.

Good Service, Play area good. Polite and Responsible staff, Cleanliness, atmosphere, Front of Desk Priyadarshini and Nisha guides very well, Great yummy Breakfast. But Children’s game very less please include slide and swing for children’s.

Really good resort for family, only thing off was the lighting.. rooms can be a brighter.. at night its just difficult with dim lights to stay

PROPERTY IS GOOD and well maintained. But we experienced WORST SERVICE . AS THE OWNER IS AN ARCHITECT, he has built the resort well ...BUT HE HAS TO MONITOR or MANAGE STAFF in a PROPER WAY . VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF DUTY MANAGER VIJAY was evident. NO PROPER ROOM SERVICE.

Good stay...excellent property and decent breakfast...good staff..staying here for 2nd time ..the private road towards the property need to be maintained properly...had issurs for my tyres twice...

We came stay for one night, we booked jacuzzi room, we checked at 4:00 pm, resort person took 3hours to repair the heater for jacuzzi.

My stay at The Story resort was average. Approach road to resort is pathetic. I arrived earlier than check-in time and requested a room, but their response was too cold and rather rude. I happened to be staying three days and found food options are very limited and repeated in bf spread Room service will take a minimum of an hour to serve your request.

The stay was good. The room was spacious well maintained. The restaurant food was good. Nice hotel for staying and relaxing.

We experienced a lot of tranquility and nature throughout our time at the Story. We enjoyed the great food especially the kid friendly menu's served with so much care and hospitality. If we visit yercaud again we will surely look forward to stay here♡.

Property location is great. bit difficult to reach with tough terrain road. The food was nice and the overall experience with staff was very calm and approachable.

Resort is maintained very well and the place is a beautiful stay with scenic views.. Greenary is added beauty to the resort with a well maintained pool.. Restaurant offera good variety of food which is very tasty however the service can be improved..Spa service is outstanding
