Hotel Sultan Residency Nigeen Lake

This is a kind of hotel where you go to find peace. It is conveniently situated on srinagar leh highway. I stayed there for my one night halt on my way to ladakh. I wish I had more time to spend in Hotel Sultan Residency. The staff is very helpful, they helped me unload and load my luggage on my bike. Their restaurant serves very tasty food, I tried their sultan pizza and it was amazing. You also get the view of two lakes while enjoying the pizza from the rooftop restaurant. Rooms were clean and I had no complaints. Had an amazing stay here and will visit this hotel if I come back to Kashmir.

Place was not as described. No view, bad WiFi. Rooms even though we had an upgrade are not good. Won’t recommend

i dont like hotels giving incorrect information.... they have written 1 min walk to dal lake but is actually 5 kms from dal lake. std rooms are too small. neat n clean. staff very courteous... at nigeen lake but lake is visible from top floor only...

Location : location was not good and very far from tourist spots. Further, there is no network in the hotel premises at all times. This fact of having no network was never disclosed by hotel. Food : Food is not good at all. Breakfast and dinner had very limited options and that too they were not served hot. Also, basic hygeine was absent. Amenities and Services : The services were not up to date. No hospitality from hotel staffs. All in all we will not recommend this hotel for stay.

The experience of the stay was irrationally good. Extremely well behaved staff, praise worthy service and the property is very well maintained and it oozes luxury and comfort.

Better to prefer other hotel for those who are vegetarian. Corridor was stinking, breakfast timing strats from 8:30. Those who have to leave early cannot expect breakfast from them. Dinner was average. However, bathroom was clean and Staff was complaint.

Hotel and service was good but had very limited options for breakfast buffet . Had ordered lunch which was good . So ala carte is better option if one wants to stay there . Location and amenities are ok

Hotel is easy to find, it's on main road near nigeen lake food is very good, staff is very nice and courteous enjoyed my stay here

Sultan residency stay was awesome and we got all facilities in that time frame. food and hospitality was very good

Hotel sultan residency is located near nigeen lake bridge and fairly accessible using jugnoo cabs for all necessary commutes. The hotel rooms are decently clean but a little bit small in size. Our stay here was ok in the month of dec 2024.

Room was ok. Nothing so good nothing so bad. Washbasin tap in washroom was broken. For breakfast they gave maggic, omlett and tea. Disappointing

I would like to rate stay as an average experience. Not an outstanding one, but somewhat met expectations, breakfast spread is not vast. Maggie noodles, bread omelet, bread butter and tea. Staff were trying to show 'over care' such that i was losing my privacy while dining there. Room and service is average.

Room was okay but hygiene was an issue. I had to call staff to clean the room before we could settle. Bathroom was stinky. There was the noise coming from outside traffic. Difficut to sleep.

The administration was very poor. We were not given delux room (as per committed during booking) on our arrival. Room size was so small that our baggage couldn't be accommodated properly. No sofa, no coffee table. Very inconvenient for us. Next morning we didn't get any breakfast as there was nobody at the reception desk even at 8 o'clock in the morning while we're leaving for our day trip. We had to leave our keys at our own risk. Never ever experienced such mismanagement! next day when we complained & insisted, they shifted us to deluxe room(as committed during booking, for which we paid in advance in february!

Good stay

Hotel is awesome and the service is also good just the bed thing is that location of the hotel is not good bcuz there is no market near by the hotel. Overall hotel service and staff is also good and they have provided good food. How i get this discount?
