Property is quite good in terms of location and cleanliness. The lawn and surroundings is real charm as you are technically in middle of deodar forest and apple orchard. Just one thing that could be improved is heating appliances like room heaters, bathroom geysers were not very effective. Food options were limited perhaps due to the covid restrictions. Despite all that i would say our overall experience was good.

The property was very good as it was very open. We enjoyed a lot and DJ was set up for us on Christmas night making our stay wonderful.

It cannot be called a hotel. It offers wood cottage rooms that are located at a good place. It ends there. Only two courteous staff that try to do their best but not enough. No hot water in their bathrooms imagine on a hill station as their heaters don't work. Rooms are not cleaned properly and a dusty. This place is good only for the cottage experience.

Excellent place to stay in Manali and probably the best. The view is amazing, clean rooms and was room. Food was also good but the amount we paid, quantity was less. Its close to everything mall Road 10 min walking, old Manali 5 min. Yet very quiet and beautiful. People are very helpful and friendly. Strongly recommended and I will come back for sure. I Am giving 5 stars.

Reetika and her staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The balcony overlooking the double room had an amazing view of the snow clad mountain landscape.

Good location, away from the much crowded mall road.

The place is very old and the rooms smell bad. The room wasn't very clean so don't walk with socks in the room. We only had breakfast and it was OK. The service is good. All in all, it's not worth the money.

It is paradise not a hotel. You will fall in love with the atmosphere. Hospitality of staff is appreciable. The food is like homemade. Hotel has a kitchen garden too. I came here third time and I would not go anywhere else whenever I plan for Manali. Its like second home to me in mountains.

I had visited this heritage for personal purpose with my family. All amenities were provided in the room. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and provided thong on time. The food was good with quality and quantity. The complimentary breakfast was not provided in the heritage. I would recommend this heritage for other travelers.

The heritage is conveniently and was easy to travel and the appearance of the heritage was good and the staff at the heritage very friendly and quick in services. The room allotted to me was very spacious with all the required amenities in good functioning condition. As it was my relaxation trip with and my stay at this heritage was satisfying. The destination was good and there was no disturbance during sign in and sign out process.

It was a good experience with family and we all had a lot of good moments and experience. The place was very neat and clean as well as the place was too good to spend time. It was a great experience and heritage staff was also great and helpful We wish to go again to Manali we will definitely stay back there again. It was a nice time over there.
