The food is good at the restaurant, and the hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Valet parking is available.

Excellent location, great ambience, great food but a bit expensive. There should be a discount for regular customers. Amenities me and my daughter enjoyed table tennis and the outer back side bar is superb. Staff is very courteous, helpful, prompt, attentive, and mostly taking feedback every time we interact, either in the restaurant or in the lobby. Outer staff at the main entrance of the lobby are very polite and helpful. Overall services are very good. I recommend this hotel to all visitors visiting Pondicherry. Keep it up Sunway Manor; it will always flourish. Thank you.

It was really nice and comfortable stay. Staff and service is great, food is amazing. To my surprise they have very big and nice spa. Kids gaming section is thoughtfully designed. Breakfast spread was so huge and tasty that it can give competition to 5 star properties. Hotel staff also helped us to get the ride for city tour.

I am unhappy about the room charges. I feel I had been charged exorbitantly very high, whereas our other family members along with me attended a family function is charges less But, My room rent charge was more for each room. It is ridiculous, I feel I am cheated.

The hotel rooms were not very clean and the bedsheets were dirty. The breakfast buffet do jot contain many options

All the 5 star amenities they have , staff is courteous and helpful, breakfast spread is huge.Rooms are neat and clean plus pool is must to dive in.

The check-in was a bit slow, and it took some time to get the room key. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable. The key stopped working midway through the stay, but the front desk replaced it right away. The hotel is huge with plenty of amenities. Opted for a non-breakfast stay. Overall, had a pleasant and comfortable experience.

We had a very good time staying here. They have valet parking available. They also provide scooty on rent per 12 hours and per 24 hours basis, 2 options. Rooms are very good and staffs also are very supportive. The a la carte restaurant also serves very good food.

Very good and nice stay. Staff was very good and courteous. rooms were nice and clean with AC working completely fine and location is very strategic.

The food and accommodation was good enough.

The stay was comfortable and the staff were courteous. However, we experienced some mosquitoes in the room, which disturbed our sleep and affected the overall comfort. Buffet breakfast was good and had very good spread.

The hospitality is very good, the service is awesome, specially ambience is fantastic, it feels like a 5star hotel property. We are happy to stay in that hotel and next time we will prefer to stay there only.
