THE SURRYA MAX RESIDENCY

This is a calm and peaceful location with decent residents surrounded. From the main town max 1. 5 km distance. Parking -maximum of 4 cars can park inside the parking provided. Staffs - nice and supportive. They are providing a kitchen, but very minimal stencils for cooking. Rooms - very neat and clean. Rest rooms - high level hygiene perfect, no bad odour, water flow is so nice. Not provided towel, paste, brush.

We went as family of three, myself, my wife and my 9 yrs old daughter. They gave us a really good accommodation with one king size bed and one single bed. Overall the stay was really pleasant, special thanks to mr ram for all the arrangements there is enough parking for cars, and location of the THE SURRYA MAX RESIDENCYs is also kinda centrally. Don't hesitate to book this place when you are traveling family,

Excellent stay car parking is only for 3 or 4 cars and one behind the other, little difficult bike parking is around 4 to 5 and is ok parking is secure excellent very clean rooms it's 2bhks converted to rooms so the hall and kitchen is common. Rooms have individual bathrooms staff interaction is excellent facility is extremely clean

Location is 1. 5km from city centre but easy to reach there. Standard rooms are small. Staff are helpful. Good wifi. Price of the room a bit more. Within one km no restaurant, you can make coffee or tea there. If you need they will order food with zomato or swiggy. Rooms and bathroom are clean and with hot water.

The room was clean and the stay was comfortable. The only drawback was the complimentary breakfast which was very disappointing. The place is ideal f pr larger families since it's a furnished apartment with more than one bedroom within the same apartment. There is adequate parking facility.

. The ambience of surya max residency at pollachi was very nice. Rooms were very clean and neatly kept. Ordered complimentary food delivered in time and was of good taste. Courteous service kept the stay with full satisfaction. .

Fantastic service apartment that is premium and not far away from the main highway yet situated in a calm environment. Very tastefully furnished and practical.

This is my first stay at this service apartment. Room was very clean and the staff were polite. I did not order breakfast. The property is in a quiet street.

A very neat place. The rooms are small but bathroom is clean. The staff are courteous. Since it's a serviced apartment there is no restaurant.

Good to stay and clean hygiene, staff more supportive but food need to order outside through swiggy that is the only concern rest all assured.
