The The Suryaa New Delhi was at a very convenient location based on our needs and travel requirements. It was a memorable experience staying in it. Entire staff was very respectful, courteous and well mannered. It was a wonderful surprise when my room was upgraded to Executive suite. The room design was world class and had all the Bells and whistles. It was very clean and spacious. Bed was super comfy and cosy. Bathroom was also well equipped with latest and greatest. We enjoyed dining in Essence. The buffet system was top notch. We were overwhelmed by variety of food options offered. Nonetheless, we devoured the food. Room service was fast and delivered food was top quality 👌. Overall, we had a great time and I would highly recommend staying in Surya.

If i have to be around south delhi, the suryaa is the place to stay for me since it has good rooms and service. More importantly its a complete no smoking The Suryaa New Delhi so for a non smoker like me that's a gr 8 feeling than having to live among-st remnants of smokers. Areas of improvement: the wc in the washroom is a bit high even for a 5ft 9 ner like me and that needs to be corrected or some solution for it. Breakfast menu can have a bit more of vegetarian non oily options. Overall a good stay

The property is beautiful. The service is also very prompt. Room space and the cleanliness upto the mark. 5 stars for all the amenities. The staff is very friendly. Floor manager of 7th floor mr shyam and house keeping team saint kumar and friends were always available on the floor. Whenever i walked through the galleries their team always asked if something is needed and without fail greeted everyone they crossed by. Overall a pleasant stay. The breakfast quality, variety and service was excellent.

Excellent ambience, we went as a friends for a 1 day stay, we had a great experience, specially the mali cuisine outlets pizza crispy nd crunchy. And the pool area is beautiful✨. Outstanding stay with beautiful staff thanku All off uh. Special Thanku for (Ashish) superior who is in the pan asian restaurant,nd Mr. Sagar fnb associate in malti cuisine one. This property is centrally located in delhi and provides ease of commuting to various locations. Central foyer, receiption area is well maintained over the years. Lots of renovation is undertaken hence some inconveniences such as lift availability and room corridor etc. I can understand that these are part of upkeep but restaurant, bf quality has gone down substantially compared to my last stay in 2023. Need to refocus

The stay was excellent; the room was spacious and had all the best amenities. The check-in and check-out processes were very quick, and the staff was very welcoming. We encountered an issue with booking a cab through the app, as we were checking out at 5:00 am. However, the staff at the reception quickly helped us arrange one at a very reasonable cost. This was a very helpful and pleasant experience

Warm, courteous and super efficient team of hospitality professionals. We were not in the mood to have the typical restaurant fare. Sous chef, mr. Singh at ssence made us a home-style fish curry which was very well-cooked with light spices and tangy flavor something i had never had before. Thank you team suryaa. You went an extra mile to serve your guests.

It was pleasant as the employees are very warm behaved & takes care of small needs. I would like to mention a few names ashok singh ( housekeeping), santos in bell desk are nice people. Hose keeping service was good. Lived tge breakfast buffet as well.

Overall, good days to stay rooms are well appointed, spacious and clean. Situated at a great location and the hospitality is good and the staff very cooperative.

Everything is a top notch quality but they have stopped the smoking rooms which is very disappointing.

The rooms are bit compact and separate blocks for smokers and non smokers. The management wants you to pure authors e card for any room service which is very odd. The prices i paid for booking was 2x the normal one and non withe the room
