THE SWISS RESIDENCY

I am writing to share my feedback regarding our recent stay at swiss residency, greater noida. Unfortunately, our experience didn't meet the expectations we had based on previous previous. One of the primary concerns was our rooms location. I have been given the room near the reception area which resulted in a significant amount of noise during my stay. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel. Additionally, i encountered issue with room service. I hope this feedback can assist in improving services for future guests. Thank for the stay anyways.

Very good housekeeping, well furnished rooms, interaction with the staff is excellent, warm welcome by hotel staff. Ambience of hotel is excellent. Outside view from the hotel is excellent. Nearby locality is good. And pretty much closer to the place where i am attending my course. For me it's a complete package. No thanks

Hotel location is perfect but the hotel gate gets closed at 10 pm. This is the worst part no towel washroom is too bad no proper cleaning cost wise ok ok

Pathetic rooms, full of mosquitoes. No hot water, the shower doesn't work. The hotel manager tried to put the blame on me for his faulty/broken knobs. On asking for hot water, the hotel manager suggested i heat water in the tea kettle, when i asked for a better solution, he said "if you want to take a bath take one otherwise get lost.

Good staff, room is spacious but in my 5day stay no any housekeeping done. For breakfast no multiple option after putting request they are provide paratha in alternate day else every day they have provide toast bread with tea.

Greate staff with uniform and coprative persons must visit this place with family and freinds food arrangement also available everything.

I arrived at 4am in the night. The room i had booked was not available and i got a very bad room. It didn't have an attached washroom. The washroom was shared by 4 rooms, was very small and the shower was not even working. The staff was very rude and used bad words. Not recommended at all. You can stay in noida suites. We had a good stay there.

My experience is very bad at swiss residency they denied to allot room on reaching hotel and also denied for breakfast.

Room was quite decent to stay, employees were friendly, bathrooms were near, location is nearby to metro, mall and business centers, over all good place to stay.

I have booked hotel at swiss residency for 8 dc to 9 dc with breakfast too but check in denied and another hotel arranged at stiltstay managed by ah g on the same date but no breakfast provided.

There were no windows and room had lots of mosquitoes. The bedsheet was dirty and not changed during our stay as well. The bathroom passage had a partition of glass which was broken and there was gap of 1 footx1 foot in this wall, on the other side of the partition was small hotel kitchen so all the smoke, conversation sound was heard in our room. The hotel manager (pradeep) was very cooperative and helpful. To conclude, this is not a place to stay for family and should be used only if there's no other option to stay nearby.

I had booked in the swiss residency and paid in full in advance and received booking confirmation voucher as well. Inspite of this after reaching the property, i was told by the property that room is not available and i was not given any room there. They offered me the room of their cleaner if i wished to. Is this the way mmt bookings are managed? in future how will i trust mmt bookings?
